Isn’t it amazing the sorts of things you can do online? Besides the usual chatting, paying bills, etc. some have taken to using the Internet to relay some really personal messages. Yes, I’m talking about messages of love:

A colleague made a reference to “Cops” and I cringed immediately. Although fact is, like thousands of other folks who similarly cringe, I do watch “Cops” (but please note, not religiously). I figure it’s the whole having a peek into someone else’s life that’s so enjoyable. I mean, where else do you get to see people expressing their least camera-friendly moments – complete with messy hair, bad makeup and lived-in clothes? And running from the law at the same time?
It’s the same reason home videos are so entertaining, especially the “most embarrassing moment” type. It’s the genuine expressions of shock/surprise/disbelief that keep me hooked. Take a look at this collection:
What scares you? What are some of your nightmare moments that could very well be turned into a Halloween movie?
We’ve all watched our share of horror flicks and I don’t know about you, but I like my movies B-grade and filled with screaming and strange monsters. These are some of the titles I would pick out at a DVD store:
Attack of the Giant Leeches
Return of the Killer Tomatoes
The Toxic Avenger
Plan 9 from Outer Space
Razor Blade Smile
That’s why I found this “nightmarish” video about Killer Weed so entertaining:
I am fascinated with ninjas. It starts with the clothes – black, wrapped, designer-looking garb. Then there’s the whole stealth thing that ninjas have going on for them – they can jump from rooftops without making a sound. They can run around really fast, but silently. Plus, ninjas have cool weapons – bo, shuko and the amazing shuriken.
Here are some important things I’ve learnt from watching ninjas on Yahoo! Video:
-- pirates and ninjas are mortal enemies
-- ninjas move at 84,000 frames per second, maybe 60,000 frames per second after several shots of tequila
-- better than a ninja is a radioactive apple ninja.
And finally, don’t ever make the mistake of offering a ninja a bad cup of espresso, because ninjas never compromise on their coffee.
