Hello everyone,

My goodness, its been a while since I sent anything here, so I thought I better bring some of you up to speed, or is that, explain how I've had to slow down "my speed' over the last few months, lol.

First of all, I stopped doing the Faery Messages for a while and my FreeSpirits Newsletter so I could slow down and just breathe when Summer came along. I had a feeling that things were going to get busy or that something was about to happen and well, I was right. I did manage to enjoy some time for a bit, not having quite so much to do, and enjoy working around in my gardens and planting herbs and spending time with my family.

We've had some family changes, so our time and schedules have changed and that can take some getting used to. Life is busy and unless we take or make special time, we can get caught up or almost consumed by everyday life and issues. I've had ongoing health concerns that are mainly just frustrating and draining, but slowly the answers are coming. We, my husband and I, have had much on our plates with family and their health and we've had to handle several crisis here and there, but we're glad that things seem to be settling down some as Autumn is coming.

We had a dear old dog of ours pass away since I posted here too, and we needed to spend more time with him during his last few months here with us. We felt very blessed that he passed peacefully in his sleep, as we had laid hands on him and also told him how much we love him, that he had been a very good dog, companion, friend and guardian, so if he needed to let go of that physical body of his that was causing him trouble, then it was all right to let go and be at peace. We knew the time was close when he began to bark quietly, calling us to his side to just sit and be with him days and hours before his dear soul crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Nicky or Nicholas, is missed and our other dogs know how much love is here in our family, plenty to go around, it was just his time to go at 17 years old this year. I cried a few tears but smiled many smiles, as I knew he is in another good place too, running amongst all his friends and other animals we've had, able to play and feel young once more. Not even two weeks after his death, his mate that had been with him for many years had a stroke and she is also quite old, so we've also been making sure she's all right. She seems to be healing and doing ok, even though she now walks with her head to one side, but she's honary and that's a sign she's better. <smile> We guess she really does miss him, even though she gave him hell most of the time when he was around... love is a funny thing, even for dogs.~

In August, a few weeks ago, I backed up too close to a stone fence and lost my balance and fell down when I was out in one of my gardens pulling weeds and hit my head pretty hard, falling backwards hitting it at the very base of my neck on a wooden stockade fence. I'm still resting and dealing with some dizziness and other symptoms of a concussion, but healing each day and doing more as I can. I appreciate everyone's love, healing and prayers. I know there is a reason for everything, so I'm trying to be patient and take things a bit slower. <smile>

I've also been working little by little to create spaces in other places too, extending the Mystickblue Network, so I hope you will come and visit me at....

I started them a while ago, but didn't put alot into them until I wasn't able to get out of bed as much and had some quiet time. Mysti’s Birthday Faery Message~ February 13^th, 2008

Mystiblu’s Faery Godmother~

Giving me the wish of doing whatever I want to do on my birthday and this week/weekend, and she's also reaffirmed for me... "grace."

Earlier in the year, for New Year's, someone asked me to choose a word that I wanted to go by for the whole year, something that may resonate or be important to me. I felt the task may be a bit difficult because I love words and I also "feel" words. I use words to describe to people and help them to feel things. One day, after putting alot of thought into all the words that were important to me and asking for guidance, I felt I had come up with "two" words that felt "very" right for me. The words were "gratitude and grace." Since then, both words have continually come up to me in many ways.

Today, when I was told for my Birthday, my Faery Godmother was granting me a wish for my Birthday and it was to do whatever I wanted for the day and the week and actually for a while, I looked up her card in Brian Froud's Faery Oracle book and to my surprise and delight found that she is the giver of "grace" to help us along our way. It might be a little touch of faery dust to lift a mood, a conspicuous miracle, or it might be anything in between. She protects us from the ill will and plain stupidity of others and from our own mistakes. She untangles the snarls in our psyches and bestows gifts upon us--whatever she feels we need. Sometimes she gives us choices when we thought we had none. Grace is the good fortune we get from the universe even when we don't deserve it. In fact, deserving or not deserving is not the issue. We are--and therefore, we are loved. It's that simple. Sairie the Faerie Godmother is a giver of grace and occasionally (quite often, in fact) of useful lessons. She tries not to interfere with our learning processes, but she adds that little touch of faery grace that helps us to learn a little faster sometimes. Quite often she acts in our lives through the hands and hearts of others. The Faery Godmother is the only one to wear a crown of stars, flowers and branches, which says alot about her. Luckily, each of us has a faery godmother to privide the extras that our guardian angels are often too busy to think about. Faery Godmothers in general are lovers of parties. Don't forget to invite them to your festivities and special occasions.

Moving Forward Fearlessly~

I wanted to get this Faery message out for the Full Moon and of course the Lunar Eclipse. This is a perfect time to share this message of change, shifts, transformation, manifestation and balancing of energy, yin and
yang. I hope you all got a chance to see the beautiful moon and how it transformed during the lunar eclipse.
The card and message the faeries wanted me to share with you is "Moving Forward Fearlessly" and I must say, its a great one! You're making big breakthroughs in your life by putting your Divinely inspired ideas into action. Trust that you're guided each step of the way. Those gut feelings, dreams and strong impulses you've been getting aren't just examples of wishful thinking. They represent the germination of new projects and situations that are vehicles for your Divine life mission. Don't ignore these gifts from heaven, which come on wings of repetitive, strong thoughts and feelings. The faeries ask you to honor your inner feelings by
taking at least one step today in the direction of making your dreams and desires a reality. Fearlessly take one step to dismantle any part of your life that's out of integrity. Take another step toward realizing your heart's

Today, as I went outside to enjoy the warmer weather, the sun and the breeze, the first thing I saw was a Chickadee. I smiled and immediately heard the faeries say, "Pay attention to the message the chickadee has for you today." Yes, this is a time of big changes. With the New Moon on April 6th, a good time for new beginnings along with Spring and new opportunities! I have to say, that when I began meditating on the Faery message for the next two weeks, just before, I'd been chatting with a friend online and some things came up. We'd been discussing all the changes in energy and how they were affecting people and some things that were also happening in our personal lives. We assured each other that all things happen for a reason and we needed to both keep faith and keep listening to our hearts. I felt a pull at that moment to begin shuffling the fairy cards and just calmly think on the next card. I asked in my mind, for a card that would help many people. Hello dear ones,

I'm sure many of you are aware of what's been occurring here on Mother Earth and within many of us. The energy and shifts are happening everywhere. We've been seeing and hearing of many disasters all over the world. Weather is creating fear and taking lives, creating havoc. We're seeing and experiencing earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, drought, fires, food shortages and prices so high for gasoline that some are not able to get to jobs or afford to pay bills. Many people are ill due to stress, sadness, depression and other sicknesses that come from confusion that can make our bodies ill from being in a state of disarray. Even the animals are reacting to all that's happening and are trying to find places to go and their acting strangely, nervous and anxious, just as many humans are too. Fear can also continue to keep things going in a loop, fear creating havoc… this needs to change.

This has many people in a panic, not sure what to do next, and I've been feeling the hearts and souls of many.

I would like to ask you to remember the Full Moon is on May 19th, at 10:11 pm, according to the Zodiac Arts Moon Calendar (http://www.zodiacarts.com/Calendar.shtml) that I normally go by and in my area, which is Eastern Standard time. Some charts say May 20 at 2:11 a.m. so that's why we're going to do this for a 24 hour period. But, whenever it is, the energy will be high and we can all join together.

I would like to ask you all, on that day, that 24 hour period, where ever you are, to please send loving, positive energy for the highest good, to whatever you feel is important for Mother Earth, for the gas prices, for food prices, for those that are ill, the animals, the weather conditions and so on. We can all make a difference by joining together and sending positive loving, healing intent all over the world, asking for peace, sending comfort, believing that our love, light and energy can make a huge difference!! When we find peace, it radiates deep from within us, like light, it touches everything, and darkness cannot stay in its path!

Please join me, on May 19th, even if it's just for a moment during the 24 hours of the Full Moon energy, to send good positive loving light energy to the whole world and every living thing, so we can make a difference! You may want to meditate, pray, sing, dance, envision, repeat mantras, draw, make music, hug a tree, go outside and lift your hands to the sky and shout "I BELIEVE I MAKE A POSITVE DIFFERENCE" and see YOUR LIGHT going out all over the world and touching others and changing the world for the better!! Do you believe??? I do!!!

Do what feels right for you, but agreeing that, "enough is enough," and knowing that "yes, some things will run their course and all things do happen for a reason," but we can help each other to feel a little better, smile more often and have gratitude for what do have in our lives! Not all will agree on everything and that's all right, that's not what this message is about… it's about just reaching out and reaching up to share love, light, energy and helping the world be a more peaceful and better place to be. Thinking positive, speaking positive and positive actions get positive results!

Catching up to Do!

Ok, I know it's spring already. It's finally getting warmer here in Virginia and I've been spending some time outside, cleaning, trying not to get too over whelmed, but still working on de-cluttering on the inside, inside my house and inside my self too. I'm not sure if that job is ever done, especially at my house!

But anyway... I've been posting everything at my website, my Yahoo groups, and at MySpace, but I just don't get around to posting everywhere else! I'm going to try and do some catching up here, but Multiply doesn't really do much for me, or facebook, but I do like Ning, I just haven't gotten to do alot there yet, so you might find me over there a bit more in time. I haven't had any problems here at 360, even though Yahoo messenger can be a pain at times, but I just don't spend alot of time on here lately. I get my email, write here and there, do what I have to do and try to find some peace when and where I can. I pray all of you reading this do the same.

It's the new moon, so I felt a good time to do some new things, new beginnings, so I do my best to get some of the older Faery Readings posted here, some of my Spiritual Pathways, maybe even my FreeSpirit Newsletter and get caught up. We'll see what happens and how long it takes me, lol. At least I have good intentions and well, I've been spending more time with myself, going within and doing some healing, listening to the echos within that have the answers that I somehow wasn't always listening to and following my heart. I'm also trying to pay attention to so much more around me... people I love, animals I love, things I love... because time doesn't stand still and one day when my email wasn't working because my server was upgrading and it took them longer than they thought, I was upset about it for a little while and in the meantime, one of our dogs got sick and I realized something important... that there are alot more important things in the world than email. When an email brightens your day, helps you heal, gives you food for thought, saves your life because it made you cry and change, or even if it touches your heart and gives you a reason to share the words with someone you love... that's great, but then... do it. Read it, share it, cry, let it touch your heart, heal and then go out and do something wonderful!

Our dog needed us more than my email needed to be read and answered, so I was glad it actually was down for several days, and even if it hadn't been, I wouldn't have rushed to the computer to get to it. The situation gave me time to think about my priorities and how much I love my dogs and how much joy and uncondtional love they give us.

I hope all of you are doing well and remember... {{{hug someone.}}} Just because! Share the love!! We can all make a difference in the world!

I asked outloud "What do you want me to share today?" and I was told to go get all my faery books and I would know when I found it. So, of course, I did, and I took my time, flipped through them and this is what I was led to share with you. I was also told not to rush, to take my time and when I get it here on the page, would be the perfect timing. So, here it is... I do hope you enjoy it, because I did and do. I've been told one of my very important guides is a Dryad and she's partly responsible for so much of the love I have for trees and the elemental, faery and magical world.

Dryads are Wood Nymphs whose folklore originated in ancient Greece, although similar types of forest spirits are an age-old global phenomenon. Dryads are tree-dwellers, but may leave their host tree and roam around the forest freely. Hamadryads are tree nymphs, embodied by the tree that houses them, which is most frequently the oak. They prosper and grow in accord with the life of their host, protecting their woody abode just as if it were their own flesh and blood.
Dryads are lovely and lithe with long, green hair. The forms of the tree-bound hamadryads emerge upward out of the trunk, so that only their upper half resembles a human body. Both types of spirits are usually benign but they will retaliate if there is an assault upon their natural environment.
The inability of many mortals to recognize the life force-- that which is beneath the surface of all living things--results in a mundane existence.
Unfortunately, deliberate disregard for this essence can be dangerous and more far-reaching, leading to death and extinction. Life force is manifested in myriad forms in the people, places, and things all around us; it is the essence that has been a part of everything since the world was born.
At the very least, a mortal can feel spirits, which is why forests are a place of mystery and magic to sensitive individuals, and not something to exploit. Being able to recognize that which is unseen is not superstition, it is respect for the spirit that exists within everything that lives and grows.

Moments of Joy~

In the past month, I’ve had so many things I’ve wanted to write about. You wouldn’t believe how many times I’ve started to type, with so many inspirations coming from my heart and mind and then to just have it fade away. I’ve asked Spirit/God/Creator why this keeps happening and I’ve said many times, “I need to write because I’ve made an obligation to people that I would write articles and stories and share inspirations and help them out with everyday life and struggles.” The reply I receive back is always, “It will come in the perfect timing and you know dear one, it will always come… you and others just have to be patient.”

Then, I am lovingly reminded to slow down, quiet my mind and notice my life is just too busy at the moment and I must be in a place of receiving to get what Spirit/God/Creator has for me. We cannot hear, see or receive what Spirit has for us if we’re just too busy doing other things to do so. What’s Happening in my life that’s keeping me from receiving? I need to take notice of this too.

There have been times I’ve even woken up in the wee hours of the morning and written down things that have come to me. I always keep a pen and paper by my bedside because often inspirations will come to me in my sleep or as I’m falling asleep or just waking up.

I love it when I’m cleaning, doing dishes or just looking out the window watching the birds and so many things come flooding into my mind and heart to write about. I have to run to my desk or to paper and write them down. But when Spirit/God truly has something that needs to be shared or heard, I know it, but sometimes I can get so busy doing so many things, I’ve found writing it down is just smarter.

In our world, there’s so much Spirit/God wants us to hear, see, know and learn and remember. I feel so blessed each day, even on those days when my hearts feeling a bit heavy, I can still recognize how far I’ve come in my life and how much I have. I’ve met some great people along my path and learned some wonderful lessons, some easily and some the harder way.
That seems to be some of what life is about, learning, love and finding joy.

This year, I told myself I was going to find more moments filled with joy… I don’t care about measuring the amount of joy, but just living life with more Joy!

Affirmation: Today I recognize that joy can be found even in the smallest of things and I have joy in these small moments too.

~The Journeyman ~

Adventure. Independence. Polishing of skills. Travel. A long path ahead we hope. This card speaks to the need to perfect skills in working and living, but it acknowledges having a sound grounding in the basics. Optimistic, innocent, and willing to learn, Oengus, our young journeyman, also shows us that intuition serves us well but only if we pay attention to it. Sometimes, we are operating from theory alone and our knowledge may or may not be well grounded in reality. This does not necessarily refer exclusively to beginnings, but can
also be a progression along a path, moving into the unknown from the known, a new phase in an ongoing process. The card may also represent untested concepts or ideas, and suggest a need for balance between the intuitive and the rational as one approaches the unknown.
Consider where you are going. What are your long-term goals? What are you doing that is helping you to move toward them?

In this card... Oengus is young and has to learn to take care of himself. No one is looking over his shoulder to see that he does his work right and eats properly. He may take chances and even make mistakes sometimes, as we all do, but this how we learn. He is now confronting
(and being confronted) by the real world. Here, he will discover that excuses don't buy bread and that the quality and integrity of one's work and actions are what counts, but he has been well taught and pretty well knows this already. His faery godmother is lurking somewhere just out of his sight--as faery godmothers tend to do. Her expression is both gleeful and worried. Her hair is already whiter than it was before he began and she's keeping her wand fully charged at all times. Although this is his journey and he must undertake it himself, almost everyone needs (and is given) a little faery godmothering from time to time. Good natured innocence attracts faery guardians, it attracts helpful beings on all planes and in all world. It may also attract those who would abuse that innocence, but as long as our intentions are good, our guardians will offer good guidance. We are blessed and cared for--if we allow ourselves to be.

Hello everyone,

I know I haven't posted much here in the last two weeks, but unfortunately, I was having some "problems" and had to go in the hospital for a few days for some tests. I'm resting and taking things easier for a bit, because as we all know, our health is very important. I found out some good things, but am also having to take a few medications for now, which some of you know I don't like medications... doctors, and the likes, but when I'm feeling better I will not have to take them anymore, I pray. I'm into natural and holistic things, I believe everything in the body is connected and we should treat the body as a whole, not just treat one symptom, but I am yet to find a doctor where I live, that does that. They all think I'm a wee bit stubborn, but I'm a good patient, I just happen to know my own body and will speak my mind! In a loving way of course. <smile>

I'm believing, an apple a day will keep the doctors away, well, unless he's tall dark and handsome, hehe, so I'm being more mindful, even than before of taking care of myself and what I put into my body, getting enough sleep and not giving too much away before I've refilled myself. Loving ourselves can be a hard task, when we're so used to helping others first. Ok, so I'm relearning... again. lol

Thank you for being here and for being a part of my life. I appreciate every one of you and the wonderful, loving, positive energy that you all bring to me and send to me. I will do my best to update the Faery Messages, although I did not send a new one this last week. The week before, was perfect and pertained, so I just left a small note of how I need to rest a bit and believe me, my helpers, the faeiries, angels and others, are doing their best to get me to do so! I may not feel so well, but I'm very dedicated to what I do and what I'm here to do.

Thank you again for all the wonderful messages from people showing their love and concerns... I appreciate you all.

Summer Energy From the Sun~The Cycle~

Eyes flutter open, slowly
Sun flowing through windows like dusty rainbows
calls me to rise and recharge once more

Like a battery
I bask in its energy, warm and glowing
it flows through my body

It tingles on my skin
will burn if I sit in its presence too long
reminding me of its power

Reminder of its energy
days when its hidden from me
feeling sluggish and remember

Like yin
his energy, intense, other part of me
yang, mine, needed from the night, his mirror

Sun, like summer
as moon is winter
to me
we complete the cycle.
