Well, Tuesday was quiet the learning experience. I probly should have had a lawyer, but I didn't. I had to do an opening statement, question all the witnesses, and do a closing statement with no preperation. I guess you could say that I put up a fight. Some even said that I should look into law school, but that is not for me.

I probly should have objected a few things, asked for a continuence when their physical evidence was presented, and ask a few more questions to everyone, but now I know. But then again these are only things that a lawyer would have known.

The judge will review everything and in 60 days I will know what his decision is. In the mean time I will be relooking at my past case and getting a lawyer to look it over and see if there is any thing I can do to over turn that one. I will also be looking for things that prove that community service was done, payments made to the court, and other things like that. I am also going to be hunting down the original officer, judge, and all that were involved in that case.

Once the judge makes his decision, I have two weeks to protest it if need be. Then he will send it to the commisioner of Insurance for the final decision. Between now and then, Dee and I are getting ahold of legislators to speak to the commisioner on my behalf.

I thank Don and Tink for coming and talking on my behalf. Yall did awsome! I am again sorry I could not bring everyone. In fact I had three witness, two there and one who could be contacted by phone, who the judge decided since everyone was basicly saying the same thing that they did not need to speak.

Keep candles lite that this all works out for the best! I know that I will fight this till the end and that now that I know what the past case says, I will refight that one. Thanks yall again for your support!

I know that everything is in the Goddess's and God's hands. I know that they will let what is best for me happen. Even if that means an out come that I do not like. They are in control of the situation. Only they know what my future holds. But that does not mean I will stop lighting candles and asking that they see favor on me and help the Commisioner of Insurance to do the same.

Well, we did our last dig today. We went to Fisher's Mnt. and had a blast. I fell and busted up my hand, but am ok. I was lucky I did not bust my head open. We had a blast. We are spending tomarrow lolly gagging around the hotel and packing the car up. Then we are going to listen to the old timers play their music out in front of the town hall. I am so sore, but so happy!

The rest of the pics will be loaded hopfully tomarrow. Depends on the connection I get. Well, good night all and we will be home Sunday night!

Well, today we went back to Gee and Dee's Mine. We filled 3 beer flats full of crystals there, but nothing like last year there. They said the mine has not been putting any thing out in about 6 months now even though they are digging. It was ok though. My arms are no longer burning now, just blistering. They look really funny but are really bad. I can not wait to get some Aloe on them!

After digging, we went to Fiddler's Ridge Shop and watched how they judge a competition. That was very interesting. I am glad I am not in it.

We have neighbors on either side of us that are messy, load, and abnoxious. They took over the area right in front of our room. I tell you what, I have about had it with cleaning up their trashy food and abnoxious behavior. I am about to tell them something.

Well, that is it for tonight, I am hurting and tired. More tomarow.

Well, let me tell you, Lester will probly never want to here the words "Honey I need the crobar!" again! We went to Judy's digs! It was so nice, just the two of us where there and we were able to spend the whole day going around about a quater of a mile site. It is actually to old mines combined as one. I loved it!

But let me tell you why Lester will never want to hear those words again. We got done digging and I decided to walk down the road instead of riding in the car. He drove down, about another quarter mile. On the way, not even a fourth of the way, I found three 1" to 2" in size points sticking up! I could not just leave them there! Nor could I get them out. So I had Lester bring me a crobar. We got them out and enought crystals to fill my hat. We laughed so hard cause the best points of the day were found in the road leaving!

Two or three more digs to go! I wish I had longer here, but I miss my puppies, bed, and home! I miss my friends and family! We will be home Sunday night. I will write more tomarrow though! Laters!

Well, yesterday we ended up at Jim Coleman's instead. It was ten dollars a person and very nice. We got two beer flats full of crystals there. Jim was not there, but the worker John was nice to visit with. I was going to get on last night, but I was too tired to.

Today though, let me tell ya, Sweet Surender is the place to go! They are a bunch of metaphysical healers, some pagan, and mainly just down right good folks! I love talking with them and working with the energy more then any thing! We filled up 7 beer flats of crystals! I will not know what we have till we get them all cleaned up. I just loved it there! The energy was awsome, people where great, and they helped us out so much. Becky is a certified Reiki healer. It was so nice.

I am not going to write much tonight, just thought I would put an update up and load the pics. You will be amazed with them!
