Well, we are now back in Oklahoma, sad to say. Most likely will not be living in California again. I will definitely miss living there, life was great. Oh well, we do not always get what we want in life.

Happy, happy, happy!!!! Will be in California this afternoon (well, ok only at Needles, but it is in the state. We are moving back to Newport Beach, stayed last night here in Gallup, and will be leaving in a couple of hours on next leg of our journey. We have everything we need and then some in a 27 ft Uhaul. Trip has been good so far, did see some roll overs and such east of Albuquerque yesterday and lots of snow on sides of rode. West of Albuquerque there was hardly any snow and it was like summer here in Gallup. Looking forward to spending the next year in California and seeing all of our friends there.

Busy busy, was in Napa, CA last week, Colorado this week and San Diego the next two weeks. Great part about trip last week was meeting two very wonderful people, Harold and Maude. Meeting people like them is what life is all about. PS: and they are even Viking fans to boot. Hope you all out there have a great week.

Well, finally rain here in Oklahoma. Thank goodness, it was a long HOT summer!!! Picture is from a girls night out at the Lido in Oklahoma City. Not getting out as much since moving back to Oklahoma City which is very disappointing.

I went down to San Deigo this morning for another treatment from my favorite electrologist AR'lene. I don't know why I waited so long to get rid of my hair, but glad I am doing it now. If any of you gals here in Southern California are thinking about doing electrolysis, give AR'lene a call (619 993-4391). She does a wonderful job and also is a very wonderful person. Well, going to watch golf and maybe take a nap. You all have a wonderful weekend.

Hamburger Marys

There is a new Hamburger Marys that has opened near John Wayne Airport. It is about a mile south on MacArthur. Been there a couple of times, food is great and atmosphere very nice. Hoping some of the girls from Orange County will start meeting there. Karoke on Thursday nights. The Dream Girls perform on Monday nights.

First Treatment

Well, it took me 16 years, but finally went out and decided to have electrolysis done. I found a wonderful electrologist ("Ar"lene, website http://www.arelectrologist.com/) in San Diego. I had a two hour session and everything looks wonderful this morning. Going back on the 11th for my next session. Why did I wait so long and mess with all those voodoo products!!!! It is the only way to go girls!

Just got home from a trip to Oklahoma City. Went out with a good friend (Linda) and her boyfriend on Saturday night. We had a great time!!! Nice being back in California.

Another Christmas gone by and a New Year just ahead. We spent Christmas in San Diego and had a wonderful evening out together. We are headed for Palm Springs today to spend New Years with friends there. Hope everyone has a wonderful and safe New Year. "If you are drinking, don't drive, be safe"

Went down to San Diego one night this last week to meet Melissa who was visiting from back East. Had a wonderful time with her and Shawna. Had a great meal at the hotel where Melissa was staying and then went across the street to a club and spent a couple of hours there. Was a long drive back home, but well worth the trip.
