Celebrity: elect him and the next thing you know America might be respected BY FORIEGNERS!!!

War on terror: Let’s make some money.

War on drugs: Let’s make some money.

No child left behind: We’ve got ours.

Morals: Something somebody else should have.

Smaller Government: It should fit in your bedroom.

Freedom: Rule by corporations with no oversight.

Human Rights: Something other nations should have.

Right to Life: All women should be subservient to men. Keep them barefoot and pregnant.

Sunday in the heart of the Bible Belt, Tennessee where all God’s Chillin gotta have a gun, Jim D. Adkisson unemployed truck driver and good KKKhristian brought a 12 gauge shotgun and 78 rounds of ammunition into a church and started shooting people indiscriminately. This was a Universal Unitarian Church witch has no dogma, accepting all peoples no mater what they believe in or disbelieve. Gay, straight, Christian, Non-Christian or Atheist were all equally welcome and many liberal causes were supported by this church. Following the teachings of the Bible Belt’s main industry, Evangelism, Jim hated everybody who he saw as (not like him). Chalk up a few more dead innocents, for the bible thumpers.

Mean while the Whitehouse, John McCain and the press would have us believe that the serge worked because violence is down in Baghdad. Never mind the forty plus dead and two hundred plus wounded in scattered bombings throughout Baghdad today. We’re supposed to believe we’re winning the war and elect McCain as a great leader. Shades of Vietnam!!! If it ain’t the light at the end of the tunnel again!!!!!! Just how stupid does the Propaganda machine expect us to be? The Iraqis want us out; so its time we get out and stop this ridiculous war to build an American Empire.

Then there’s Mr. McCain putting down Obama for not taking a photo op with wounded troops; when McCain has voted to cut every increase in Veterans Benefits and increase in VA funding ever put in front of him.

Bush will leave office with another record budget deficit; over a Half Trillion Dollars!! Maybe he didn’t cut taxes enough for the rich? I don’t think so.

I didn’t think it possible; but the Republicans have found a candidate that makes Dubya look to be not the worst to ever run for President. I admit McCain is not the drug burnt out moron Bush is; but then that’s like comparing him with a sack of hammers.

The problem with McCain is that he sold out whatever principles he ever had to win the nomination. This means he understands that our Constitution is being destroyed, but is willing to preside over it. The fact that all Labors gains over the last century have been disposed of, is fine by him. The fact that our military must rely on our borrowing money from China and the National Debt is now $9,000,000,000,000 means as much to him as Global Warming means to the oil companies he’ll be serving.

All his warmongering makes me wonder if he’d like to add Vietnam to Iran and Syria in his list of countries to invade. I know his Christian right overseers want him to wage a Crusade in the Middle East.

Next on the list is his wish to turn back all the gains made in women’s rights over the last century. He will even outlaw contraceptives if he can.

We all know what they have in store for the Civil rights of all minorities. He even tried to block the renewal of the Voting Rights Act. As for those of us in the LGBT Community; the Republican Christian Right is calling for our extermination.

With more appointments to the Supreme Court coming up in the next four years we cannot afford not to vote Democrat.

SUMMARY: "Let's treat the relationships and the families of LGBT Americans with full equality under the law," says the presumptive Democratic nominee.

Sen. Barack Obama on Saturday released this statement regarding the 2008 Pride season:

"I am proud to join with our lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered brothers and sisters in celebrating the accomplishments, the lives and the families of all LGBT people during this Pride season. Too often, the issue of LGBT rights is exploited by those seeking to divide us. But at its core this issue is about who we are as Americans."

"It's time to live up to our founding promise of equality by treating all our citizens with dignity and respect. Let's enact federal civil rights legislation to outlaw hate crimes and protect workers against discrimination based upon sexual orientation and gender identity or expression. Let's repeal 'don't ask, don't tell' and demonstrate that the most effective and professional military in the world is open to all Americans who are ready and willing to serve our country. Let's treat the relationships and the families of LGBT Americans with full equality under the law.

Hooray Obama Wins!!!!!!

Hooray!!! Barack Obama is the one to lead us to victory in November!!! It would be nice if he and Hillary could become running mates now. The main goal now is to get Obama elected and take back our Constitutional rights and rekindle democracy in this country after the Disastrous Fascist Republican imposed Theocracy.

The Department of Defense (DOD) now employs contractors to keep contractors in check in Iraq, under a new framework for war industry management solidified last month. Another Republican inspired disaster in the making.

Sydney, Australia - Australia, a staunch U.S. ally and one of the first countries to commit troops to the war in Iraq five years ago, ended combat operations there June 1.

The move fulfills a campaign promise by Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, who was swept into office in November largely on the promise that he would bring home the country's 550 combat troops by the middle of 2008. Rudd has said the Iraq deployment made Australia more of a target for terrorism.

It’s good that we had a lower war related death figure last month, but even One is too high.

Fallujah, Iraq - At the western entrance to the Iraqi city of Fallujah Tuesday, Muamar Anad handed his residence badge to the U.S. Marines guarding the city. They checked to be sure that he was a city resident, and when they were done, Anad said, a Marine slipped a coin out of his pocket and put it in his hand.

Out of fear, he accepted it, Anad said. When he was inside the city, the college student said, he looked at one side of the coin. "Where will you spend eternity?" it asked.

Add one more insult to the list; Iraqi people are being proselytized to by our Military turning the war into a true Crusade. The next logical step is to kill people for not becoming Christian. OOPS!!!! Forgive me we already are, aren’t we?

If the Neo-Nazi Christians want a Crusade let their Evangelists fight this war and bring our troops home.
