Well I have at long last decided to enter the world of Yahoo 360 and I have decided to focus on the Isle of Harris and the wonderful self catering accommodation that is available on this incredible Hebridean island.

I say "Hebridean" as the Isle of Harris is a small island in the group of islands known to many as either the Outer Hebrides or the Western Isles. The Outer Hebrides are found many miles out to sea off the north west coast of Scotland in the United Kingdom. The Hebrides are such a unique place that I can write a great many blogs and still not exhaust the topic.

As I live on the Isle of Harris I hope to soon add a number of my photographs which, of course, includes many of the breathtaking beaches to be found on the west coast of the Isle of Harris. Harris is renowned for it's awe inspiring scenery, especially the beaches which seem to appear around every corner you turn (and there are plenty such bends, twists and turns on the Harris roads).

It is near the wonderful beaches of Scarista, South Harris, that you will find the incredible blackhouse which has to be amongst the most interesting self catering accommodation on the Isle of Harris. I hope to be able to take photo's, of some of the other superb self catering and other accommodation on Harris, pretty soon.
