God is sending us to preach the word of God in these peopel.we had a wonderful time to learn more deffernt things by defferent peopel.i went along with pastor to visit them conducting the vacational bible school for kids whent we went there more people invited us to hear Good news of saviour jesus christ" so firt some people gathered and share word of GOD with them we have the bibles new testments some Gospel tracts to give them after that we called kids at the time we wondered morethen hundreds of chidlren are there without studaying all chidlren going to work at hotels children labours daily cooly and girls are going to do work in housess they love to sit one place when they sitdown who came there along with me he is pastor he take time to share some story about Jesus i went there to visit all huts calling others to come to join when i saw the all huts"i saw holy spirit telling and give burdon to us here i prayed for them in my heart" we give them vacational bible books colour pencils to go makeing the good things about Jesus so they love to do them all...we saw smileing faces to them also we saw good work they love to studay learn more about who is jesus finally we give them biscuts some snacks after the prayers we called all peole 60 people attended the alst prayers ..... this is my Bacca bike i praise GOd for this bike its very helpful to us in the ministry aspecially for orphanage home daily visitings and outreach ministry to visit all churches" pastors praying for bike to outrach minsitry pray for these tribes kids in your daily prayers"i belive God siad Romans 1:16 & 17 versess God bless you all visitors

This is the Orphanage home Rent building.see here tribes pastor R.Beemudu Naik on our Bacca BIKE he loves this bike to ride sometimes .this RENT building we took it last November 25th it is very well compound wall & some Ground open place to playing children an studaying after their school also doing home work. we have taken it 60 Thousand Rupees advance for building.. but hard to every monthly Rent for this builging it is 14 Thousand and eletricity water bills..we had hard days for Orphange children ... at the time our orphan children needed the HEPATITIS/TYPHOID/ BRAINFEVER/IPV & VACCINATION. The Role of Deacons :-this presentation was Taught on Sunday evening september 28 by Terry Towles and Johnu huff.New testament deacons serve the Lord by conducting the caring ministry of the church –doing the benevolence work. Visiting the sick being altert to the spiritual needs of the congregation-for the purposes of freeling the pastoral staff to focus on prayer and the ministry of the word promoting unity within the church and facilitating the spread of the Gospel: I had a wonderfull men”s oneday Retreatthere one of blind speaker preached with us he is good man we blessed by his word” Biblical guidance on the Office of Deacon. Deacons and elders are the two distinct office in a new testament church . the two new testament offices are mentioned together in phillippianc 1:1 and in 1 st timothy 3- bishops and deacons in 1st timothy 3 the qualifications are spelled out for the two offices bishops in verses 1-7 and deacons in verse 8-13 the qualifications are similar .but not identical for example . the bisjp is equired to be “able to reach “whereas the deacon does not have the expectation . the differences in title and qualifications mean that the offices are distinct. The rerm”bishp”is translated overseer in some translations it is the word from which we get our word” Episcopal” which mean” to look upon inspect.oversee look after care for. And refers to the care of the church which rested upon the elders “the term is used intechangerably with”elder”and shepherd”(i.e.pastor) in acts 20 and 1st peter 5 there is no question about the anthority of the office: 1 timothy 5:17 the elders who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honour especially those whose work is preaching and teaching. Three facts stand out: 1 deacons and elders are the offices in the church.the orrices are distinct . elders are not deacons. Deacons are not elders . 2. the terms dlers .pastor (shepherd) and oversees (bishop)are used synonymously in the new restment 3. in the new testament .elders had the role of the general oversight of the church in the original lancuage. The word .deacon mean servent The title itself is as descriptive as any job description could be . in the bible . word have meanings and the word. Deacon means sevant. Here is how the word has been defined in its various forms’ “Diakoneo and its derivatices as their etymology suggests . are used mainly for personal help to others “ Diakonia is found 34 times in the NT it mean service at the table in lk 10:40 acts 6:1 etc” “Diakonos is found 29 times in the NT its primary meaning is one who serves at table. (serve deacon worship”in the new international dictionary fo new testament theolory .colin BROWN ed volume 3 paress 544.546) in phillippians 1:1 and in numerous reference in early christian literature outside the new testament .bishops and or elders and deacons are mentioned togher. With deacon mentioned last.because of this order and because of the natural connotations of the word diaconos.most interpreters believe that deacons.from the beginning served as assistaints of church leaders ( deacon deaconees fred a grisson .holman bible dictionary Holman 1991) The office of the deacon was created for the purpose of handling the benevolence ministry the biblical account is quite clear on the founding of the deaconshop and nowshere does scripture repeal the original purpose: More people attended at the time from 3 ministry leaders and pastors there Acts 6:1 in those days when the number of the disciples was increasing the Grecian jews among them complanined against the Hebraic jews because their widows were being overlooked in the daily distribution of food . The office of deacon was established to free the apostles (who functinded as the first pastors ) to pray and to prepare to minister the word. The apostles .in dealing with the benevolence ministry problem at the jerusaleam church . told the congregation that . acts 6:2 so the twelve gathered all the disciples and said “ it would not be right for us to neglect the ministry of the word of GOD in order to wait on tables . 3 brother s choose seven men from among you who are known t be full of the spriti and wisdom.we will turn this responsibility over to then 4 and will give out attention to prayer and the ministry of word” some have inderstoond this passage to mean that it is the role of deacons to oversee the business of the church . first the text says this business “not the business –and the business being referred to is the business of benevolence. Second as Dr.Robert Naylor points out. That whuld be a misrepresentation of the meaning of the word. The word business should be discussed a little to prevent any misuderstaning the greek word is chreia and basically means need . it is so translated twenty –five times this is the only place it is translated “ business Hence there is no scriptural authority for the deacons to make dinancial decisions of the church. Church decision must remain church decisions. The early deacons were selected for their spiritual qualifications 1st timothy 3 and act 6 expund the qualifications for the office of deacons” the later contain what could fairly be called the “core qualifications” men of good reputation full of the holy spirit and wisdom” Acts 6:3 “And thy chose Stephen a mean full of faith and the Holy spirit –Acts 6:5 aften when some one is discussed as a possible deacon one hears a remark such as, He attends regularly and is a good giver but God is looking at men with an itenaly dynamic. Which cannot be determined in a superficial way . deacons are to be capable of serving the lord in spiritual ways ..the original seven deacons were people who were able to serve the lord in ways which were more spitirual in nature then mersely delivering food.stephen was a man of spiritual powe “And Stephen.full of faith and power .did great wonders and sings among the people “(acts 6:8NJKV) phillip was not only a deacon” but also was gifted in evangelism (acts 8:5-7) The office of deacon Requires a firm grasp of sound Docrine a church is content orientd .it a doctrinally driven community .built upon truth every member should have this approach in this fellowship leaders such as deacons .not less but more so. Acts 6:9 opposition arose.however .from members of the synagogue of the freedmen (as it was called) – jews of cyrene and Alexandria as well as the provinces of cillicia and Asia . These men began to arfue with spephen.10 but they could not stand up against his wisdom or the Spirit by whom he spne . 1.The presence fo deacons should advance the Unity of a church 2. deacons and elders are partners in ministry 3. similar qualifications – different gifts. 4. G"day all people our children are getting examinations and attending all chidlren so these are the some children public annual eaminations .daily they are awoke at 4 am to studay daily me also doing job with them daily ar orphange home . weekly i am going to orphange home to sleep with them 2 days .others day MARY going to do hard work wiht them 5 childrne getting 7th class annual examinations other 4th class and 8th class students so some local youth girls helping them in studieing . this girl is 7th class pray for her .she is very inteliget girl she wants to high study but if God allows she will do greatly need our prayers for our orphans childrne .. see here their drawing about jesus chirist its great . hello all people pray for us we do pray for you god can do all things in jesus name
