365 days and going strong!

Yeah, its been that long since I joined MBT and it has been one heck of a ride.

It was only a year back when I landed in Mumbai the very first time in my life, for my very first job and for my very first stay away from family and friends. Time has flown by real fast since then and memories of how it all started are still afresh. I still remember the day long journey I had to get here, the first taxi ride in Mumbai, the first step into MBT, the first class in ITP, first test, and the list can go on and on. Sweet memories to cherish, which I am sure I will never forget for life.

And now when I sit back and think about the transformation I have had as a person, I am really amazed. From a guy who was afraid to take up challenges to a guy who is now confident to handle any situation in life. This has been a huge change for me and I will be every thankful to MBT and all the people responsible for it. Every step I took and every thing I did taught me something new. Every conversation I had has helped me understand myself better. Every work I did has helped me polish my skills.

I always thought that it was a fad when people said “You understand the meaning of life when you actually stay away from family and friends who are always there for you whenever you want something”. Now that I have gone through this myself, I have a strong feeling that this is true. You get to be in lots of situations which you would have never have had a chance to experience if you had someone to support you.

I have had a chance here to make great new friends who have been a part of the marvelous experience I had in ITP Training and my actual work for BTWholesale.com. The ITP batch with whom I finished my training from was a great one too. I had never worked with any group that was so dedicated in what they were doing. Not surprisingly, all got through and we all celebrated our one year stay in MBT on 23rd of July at Daman (exactly 1 year from our joining date). We all had a great time. Reminiscing about the fun time we had during ITP was great.

Any word of appreciation is quite small to what I have got from here. But all I could do now is to thank everyone involved.

Thank you MBT and everyone else.

Why must we put on our pants one leg at a time?

If we jumped into our pants, simultaneously placing both legs in at one time, we would land heavily on the ground. As a majority of us are getting dressed at the same time of the morning, the cumulative effect would Cause an earth tremor. Due to the use of time zones, the tremor established in Eastern Time would arrive in the central zone at precisely the moment all those people were jumping into their pants. The tremor would increase in size exponentially, and proceed west to combine with the mountain zone folks as they get dressed.

As this cycle encircles the globe, it would feed upon the next day's tremor and eventually cause the earth's crust to break apart and float into space. This is why we put our pants on one leg at a time.

18 till I die ... Or really ???

Was just casually talking to my friend and I found a thing really surprising about the conversation. I used a lot of  “When I was young…”,  “During my childhood days…” at many parts of my conversation. Strange to know that I am starting to feel like I am already too OOOLLLLDDD!
