Baw06 and Collaborative blogging are officially coming to an end. Sites will still be there for us to check and many old and new friends will be available when needed. But the amount of information, the zillion of possible applications, the fast growing free tools orbiting cyberspace is so gigantic that I need to calm down and FOCUS.

I want to be as updated as possible during my sabbatical as I should represent my university and country the best I can while staying at the University of Toronto. But I wonder if I am going in the wrong direction. IT and the Internet are not part of my research line. EST reading comprehension is and I do not actually teach four-skill courses, nor do I have students with ready access to Internet. I may be building castles in the air and perhaps need to come back to earth and face the fact that I have a promotion dissertation due in two years and although playing around with e-toys is great, I have to keep going in the right direction.
