Hello and welcome to my online friendly blog. Now wait a second! lol...It's a mature blog because life is mature. Meaning? Well, there's female health issues or non-issues as they arrive or not, and being older means that almost anything can be talked about in here.

I have a fantastic husband, who claims he starves when I start PSPing...for you younger folks no it's not the handheld game! They stole the initials from Paint Shop Pro! PSP for me is a fun, personal graphic program that allows me to make signature tags, crop and fix photographs and capture online photoes or websites...basically anything that catches my creative eye! Oh! yeah..I tend to get lost in it and, *sighs* I try to remember he needs to eat every once in awhile...*wink*

I have two great, fun-loving, full of sarcastic wit, sons ages 16 and 20...so you can image the testoserone that gets slung around this home! rofl! My eldest is in the Navy and with S.Korea upping it's armaments, he's forward deployed near Japan and, ... not able to tell us where he is...but we do hear from him when he "hits land" lol. Thank God for Yahoo!'s IM and the ability to talk to him over this proggie. I pay for minutes and call his cell when he "hits land" and crank up my speakers! It's almost as if he's in the same room...We all enjoy this feature and even his Grams is adjusting to "using this new-fangled contraption and Girl! can't you fix that buzzing sound?" rofl...Actually I reported the bug and it's been getting better ever since.

My youngest son is struggling academic wise, his older brother isn't here to pal around with. So life for him is, in his words "weird" lol...He's the artist of the family, whereas his brother was the brain and athlete. My youngest is just as smart or smarter but he's yet to gain that confidence. I guess he spent too long in his brother's shadow. He's coming out, and lol he and I are learning to "communicate" better with one another. Last teenager..yes!

My husband is a witty, man who works too hard. He's knowledgable about air conditioning, appliance repairs and heating but ask him to set the DVR and he gives me this look. He looks at the computer and asks me to look this up for him, lol...but I love him. Someday he may surprise me yet and I'll wake up and he'll be signing on line...rofl...He's the type that is always going, always doing. Sometimes I need to remind things need to be done around our home...*big grin* otherwise, we're learning to be a couple again.

We're in those years where the children are leaving the nest and we're kinda looking at one another like, "who are y0u again?" lol...kinda like dating all over again.

I'm the stay-at-home Mom. Why they call me that I haven't a clue because I rarely am staying at home. Especially when the eldest was here and in sports, combined with the youngest and lol, I met myself going out the door as I was coming in quite a few times! Like the Dunkin' Donuts guy commercial. I figured out through help with friends online that I needed to do things for myself, and voila! Paint Shop Pro my good friend Netty sent me, and guess what? I'm clearly addicted! lol...

Which reminds me, if you like or snag pictures or tags, I like flowers, nature stuff, Autumn and Winter items, things that remind one of beauty or make you think. Those are the types of grahics I collect and try to do them justice by making them into sometype of email signature tag, email stationary or something...wallpapers, avatars...I haven't been making them for a long while but I still collect!

With my eldest "off to war" and my youngest teenage problems, and my husband's on again off again shoulder problems and just basically getting old, life has been teaching lessons and PSPing has been on the back burner for awhile. Hopefully now that the weathers turning colder, I can pay more attention to it.

Well, this is a long first blog, and lol, you're probably tired of me blabbering on, so I say ciao for now and have a nice day or week if I don't blog you sooner!
