Thought for the Day: You Have No Need To Worry, Simply Pray.
Reflection for the Day: You Can Trust God For His Response.
Paul was quite aware of the many challenges that come against the people of God as they seek to fulfill God's will in their lives. They face attacks that impact every aspect of their existence. The key is how they respond. If stress takes over, the results are extremely negative. If by prayer and supplication their requests are made known to God, a very different result takes place. His peace takes control and allows them to move forward and accomplish the fullness of His will.How well do you respond to stress? Do you internalize your problems in an attempt to gain control by yourself, or do you turn to God in faith? As you learn to seek the Lord for all things, you will recognize a calmness that takes over your life. His peace will bring confidence and assurance which can come from no one else. Pray. You will enjoy the response.

I know it has been awhile since I have posted a blog, so here is one to get me back on track. How many of you have seen "The Dark Knight", I think this is the best one ever. I think that Heath Ledger really did a great job as the Joker and I thought that there would never be a better Joker than Jack Nicholson but when I saw this movie all that thinking went out the window.
This movie is a must see if you don't see any movie this summer, only thing I hate is that there will not be another episode with Heath Ledger.

Okay all my 360 friends, I have finally married the love of my life. This past weekend Saturday December 15, 2007 I married my best friend and this day was the happiest day of my life since the birth of my 2 daughters and I Love this man with all my heart. The ceremony was beautiful and I love my new in-laws who drove from Alabama to share our special day with us and also my mother who taught me to always believe in God and my prayers would be answered and my blessings would over flow, I did exactly that and look what has happened because of it.
For all the women out there that think like I did that there were no good men out there and that you were destined to be alone don't give up like I almost did. God sent James Brandt to me when I had said no more dating and I will be content with being alone, but now I will never look back but enjoy what God has put before us a life with each other and rejoicing within him.
I Love You "James Andrew Brandt", and I am so happy for the new family that we now have.

Thought for the Day: Every Message is Not a True One.
Reflection for the Day: God's Word Your Criteria For Truth.
A thousand messages are presented daily as God's word and will. Unfortunately much of what is shared is contrary to the teachings of the Lord. False prophets, for their own gain, instruct eager listeners in a gospel that leads them apart from God. God's word is your criteria for what is or is not truth.
Caution is essential to those that seek to follow God. You will be presented with many versions of God's truth, some of which are not consistent with the principles of the word. Before accepting any new teaching compare it to scripture. If it is not compatible reject it for every message is not a true one.

MORNING REFLECTION
Matthew 9: 9. And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto him, Follow me. And he arose, And followed him.
Thought for the Day: Faith is Not Traveling Blind, It is Following Jesus.
Reflection for the Day: God Knows Where He is Taking You.
Matthew was sitting at his place of employment when he heard Jesus speak to him. Follow me was all that was uttered. Matthew did not hesitate but simply rose up and followed. Was he about to travel blindly? No he was going to follow Jesus knowing that the Lord knew exactly where he was taking him.
As you respond to the Lord's directions you have no need to fear. You are placing your trust in one that knows exactly where he is taking you and why. You need not be concerned about the results of your journey, for not only is Jesus aware of the circumstances you will face, but has control over all. You are not traveling blind, you are following Jesus.
