My thoughts of the day.....

Enough Snow, Part II: As much I like the snow, I definately ready for spring and I know that most of the people in West and Mid-west and the Northeast (especially in upstate NY) are ready for spring. I do believe that this kind of trend will continue well into the next century. I do hope that finally that the Bush Administration is paying attention to the global warming debate after nearly 6 years of silence on the issue since pulling US out of the accords that was reached under the Clinton Administration. I just hope it is not too late to make the necessary changes that we need.

Enough of the Snow.....: As much as I have been wanting snow, it has finally arrived dumped nearly 15 inches of it outside my door....it was tough driving in and around it during the Valentine storm of 2007. I have taken some photos and I will be posting them shortly....but for now I would love it for to stop and warm up for a change.....

These last few days have been downright COLD!!!!!!!!!!!: I don't know about you but if that groundhog is right and spring is coming early this year, then he better be right, because these last few days here have downright brutal.....I know this winter but this very unwinterlike, just having cold blasts with no snow is not my idea of winter. But the fact that spring is less than 6 weeks away gives me hope....currently as I write this blog it is 23.4 degrees outside my window, with a wind chill of just above zero. Can not wait for this wind to die down!!!!! Anyway want to wish everyone a good weekend and if you are currently under this brutally cold weather, stay in where it is warm.
