i'm dying to regain my 27 inches waist line, i have started an abs sculpt exercise "hiphop abs" it's what the video is... it's been 2 weeks now, a 30 minute workout actually, and im doing it everyday.
my target is not to lose weight but to trim my tummy which have accumulated too much fat =(... it's 31 inches but my size 29 pants fits just fine.
no scales for me, it will not motivate me to exercise, but the waist line will

. the workout have a lot of feet and arms moves, so it'll probably trim my arms and thighs a bonus. i wonder how long will it take for the result to be seen. my arms are hurting a little bit now... and the back of my knees too.
