Once upon a time a man had heard that in a place, far away, there was a holy flame burning. So he got up and left his home to find the holy flame and bring some of its light back home to his house.

He thought: 'When I have this light, then I will have happiness and life and all the people I love will have it too.'

He traveled far, and finally found the holy flame, with which he lit his light. On his way back he had only one worry: 'That his light could go out and he may lose it.

On his way home he met someone who was freezing and didn't have any fire and who begged him to give him some of his fire. The man with the light hesitated for a moment. Wasn't his light too precious, too holy to be given away for something ordinary like that? Despite these doubts, he decided to give some of his light to the one who was freezing in the darkness. On getting the light the beggar lit his fire and thanked the man.

The man continued his journey home and when he had almost reached his house a terrible thunderstorm started. He tried to protect his light from the rain and the storm, but at the end his light went out.

To return the long way back to the place where the holy flame was burning was impossible, he wouldn't have had enough strength to go back this far - but he was strong enough to return to the human being whom he had helped on his way home

.........and with his light he could light his own again

Attitude of helping others is the greatest virtue. If we help others then in a way we help ourselves. In the journey of life we meet different opportunities when we can help others, while helping others in fact we are helping ourselves only. It like a caravan, caravan of people, whom we bring them together and form a team. This team brings success and to maintain our success or our position in our team, each and every person should be strong enough and should be self reliant. If the members of your team or organization are not strong then eventually you are also not strong. Our team should be like a rock, solid rock, unbreakable and this will show our level of determination and success.

But is success everything in life or life in itself is a success, in the game of survival, what could it be……..and a thought crosses my mind………………….

Uniqueness
Uniqueness magnify

Entangled in thoughts, like a spider spining its own web around him, I don't how it happened and why it happened, without realising, I found myself looking at my clock, It's past midnight, sitting alone and trying to convert my feelings into words,

I look out of the window and see the moon, full moon.............Moon one of the most beautiful and liked, celestial body in sky, liked by all, praised by all, The moon is loved so much that all it's lover's dont touch him, fearing that they may make the moon dirty or they may spoil it's beauty. They care for him and want the moon to be always beautiful, smiling and to serve as a guiding light to all the weary travellers and serve as a companion.....

His lovers have made him an angel. But the moon is not happy, Moon wants to be with all, feel all,  live normally like everyone. It does'nt wishes to lighten the heavens, it's the wish of his well wishers.........not his own.

Moon does'nt wants to be told that you are unique and pure. Moon, who is guiding light of all and who makes all his lovers smile is unhappy and lonely.

The beauty of the moon and it's uniqueness has been appreciated by others, All the good qualities in him have made him able to attain a respectable place in the heavens, but also they are the reason of his being lonely and in exile away from all the people he loves and wants to be with them....but for the moon it's a curse.....the good qualities in him are the reason of his suffering. sometimes love is cruel..........sometimes we tend to pain those whom we really love and care for.....but is it cruelty or caring, don’t know, what could it be and a thought crosses my mind………………

Goal
Goal magnify
A young but earnest Zen student approached his teacher, and asked the Zen Master:

"If I work very hard and diligent how long will it take for me to find Zen."

The Master thought about this, then replied, "Ten years."

The student then said, "But what if I work very, very hard and really apply myself to learn fast -- How long then ?"

Replied the Master, "Well, twenty years."

"But, if I really, really work at it. How long then ?" asked the student.

"Thirty years," replied the Master.

"But, I do not understand," said the disappointed student. "At each time that I say I will work harder, you say it will take me longer. Why do you say that ?"

Replied the Master," When you have one eye on the goal, you only have one eye on the path."

Attainment of knowledge is similar to having a walk on a path, sometimes the path is smooth and at times it can be full of hardships. When we fix our destination and start moving towards it with our total devotion, we tend to miss many important and beautiful objects coming in the path, which may affect ourselves and create pleasurable moments. Also the goal which we have fixed may also change with time, goal or acievement itself is a variable term, it keeps changing with time, the goal which we had fixed to acheive a few years back if we think on it today, we may find it worthless, the goal which we had fixed as,if,it was the only thing which mattered to us in life could be waste of time and resources today. The goal which we have fixed today but maybe in time our destination could be somewhere else, so while when we have our unfalling attention on the goal, we should be aware to recognise any new oppurtunity which may crop up and go unnoticed. The previous destination is worthless, todays destination is important, maybe it may lead me somewhere, but where, Life is a journey in which we attain knowledge and develop with time...........but what could be the final destination of this walk, were will i be standing at the end of this journey......And a thought crosses my mind..........................

Worth
Worth magnify
A Diamond merchant was walking on the banks of a river, he saw a washerwoman scrubbing her legs with a raw diamond. The Merchant offred her to sell her scrubbing stone to him for a few cents which the washerwoman readily agreed. The merchat bought the stone polished it and earned millions of dollars.

Ok now what is intresting in this story we have to study the actions of all the people involved and their behaviour....
1) The Washerwoman --- was the washerwoman a fool, no, she was very wise cause as per her acquired knowledge base, what she did was most correct since in her resourcres it would never have been possible to polish the diamond and find a market to seel the stone at appropriate price.
2) The Diamond Merchant - was the diamond merchant a cheat, no, he never cheated the washerwoman, it was his knowledge of stones which had an edge over the knowledge of the washerwoman, he had all the resources to utilise and convert a worthless piece of stone into a polished gem and had access to a market where he can sell it. so his actions are justified.

3)Now the intresting part is that we are forgetting that there is a third entity involved in this story, yes the third entity is the Diamond itself. The irony is that the object which got traded and helped a person to acquire the riches also never knew its true worth.

The reason for telling this story is that in our lives also we have the same attitude of the diamond,we never know our true worth. Our actions, our behaviour and knowledge is sometimes utilised by some individual to gain some mortal accompilshments. yes my friend we are the true Diamonds.

For example to understand this story in modern Buissness we can assume the Washerwoman is the Recruiter, The Diamond merchat is the Employer and the Diamond is the Employee or the person whose resources are hired. This can be adjusted to suit any scenerio like in employer and employee relations or in a buissness to buissness dealings ar in our friend circle or family, we just need to replace the characters.

Now how to know or realise our true worth........what to do and how to do,trying to reach a conclusion, ahaa, Imageand suddenly a thought crosses my mind..................................................................
