Some poems are speech of God and some poems are speech of Satan. I love that poem which is speech of God. Reply

Sonnet 116:
Let me not to the marriage of true minds
- William Shakespeare
Marriage Proposal Acceptance
- - ------- Velmar Pewee Hale Johnson
The sun is so beautiful, and bright,
oh how I long for you each night.
When it rains I don't get blue,
I close my eyes, and think of you.
When you said, with me you wanted to spend your whole life,
the only answer I could give was, yes I'll be your wife.
---- Santhosh Vijayakumar
Love spoke to marriage,
“It is I who come first.”
For which marriage replied,
“It is for me you come.”
Arguments arose and words clashed.
Both who were one with another,
Split away and, the result,
No love ended in marriage,
And all marriages broke.
At last, He the Maker spoke,
“Love, you are My happening.
Marriage, you are My new beginning.
Without the other you shan’t survive.”
And then on, they walked hand-in hand.
MARRIAGE SEX AND ROMANCE
- - - --------- Tom Zart
“Some other time, I’m not in the mood
Why cant we just cuddle and watch TV”?
When couples drift into the celibate zone
It’s not long till someone will flee.
Sexual fulfillment helps preserve love,
Parenthood, marriage and self-esteem.
Those who maintain it avoid saying no
To be blessed by its pleasure and gleam.
While dating we tend to be more romantic
Putting forth the best of our charms.
Sharing dinners, long walks, and lustful weekends
As we spend more time in each others arms.
How many times have you said “not tonight”?
Exposing your happy home to harm.
Today’s crushing deadlines leave little time for love
Leaving partners with sorrow, sadness and alarm.
So share one another with red wine and time
Dial your own number and leave the phone off the hook.
Enjoy some romance, sex and laughter
Improving your mood and the way you look.
Marriage
- - - ---------------- Kahlil Gibran
Then Almitra spoke again and said, 'And what of Marriage, master?'
And he answered saying:
You were born together, and together you shall be forevermore.
You shall be together when white wings of death scatter your days.
Aye, you shall be together even in the silent memory of God.
But let there be spaces in your togetherness,
And let the winds of the heavens dance between you.
Love one another but make not a bond of love:
Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls.
Fill each other's cup but drink not from one cup.
Give one another of your bread but eat not from the same loaf.
Sing and dance together and be joyous, but let each one of you be alone,
Even as the strings of a lute are alone though they quiver with the same music.
Give your hearts, but not into each other's keeping.
For only the hand of Life can contain your hearts.
And stand together, yet not too near together:
For the pillars of the temple stand apart,
And the oak tree and the cypress grow not in each other's shadow.
Why Marriage?
- - - ------------------- Donald Teale
Because, I have found that one person in a million,
that one person, who I love to the depth of my being,
and who loves me more,
Because, I have found that soul mate,
who understands me, better than I understand myself.
Who can anticipate, nearly always, my intricate moods,
And either, join the party, or pass the tissues.
Why Marriage?
Because I want the whole world to know,
that we have found each other.
That the search that drives me out of bed each morning,
through floods of heartaches, sorrows and pain,
can have an end.
There will still be heartaches, sorrows and pain,
But now I have someone to share them with.
Why Marriage?
Because I know that from now on,
we will not always be the vision of loveliness we are today.
I might be less than perfect, you might be, the housemate from hell.
So I want that thread of hope and promise, that binds us together,
to keep my love tethered until storms departs.
I know that love is not something you can build a wall around,
something that you can fence in, and guard.
Love is a butterfly, which constantly flies towards the light,
and when a gust should blow our love of course,
I want our marriage to be the solid candle that burns brightest.
Marriage is my declaration of commitment,
and my hope to grow old with the one I love.
The one, I can no longer imagine life without.
The one, with whom I want to share a smile,
and in that smile say a hundred years of shared memories.
Someone whose arms will never tire,
if they are around me.
I want, all that went before, to be considered waiting.
Waiting for the fates to drive us together.
I want the time we spent together, outside marriage,
to be the time we built and tested our relationship,
and now fully proven we move forward.
Why Marriage?
Because I want the world to see that we have become one,
a union bound by our love and the love of our friends, all encompassing.
And… most of all, because we want to.
The Marriage of Dawn (Haiku)

Dawn dressed in darkness:
Welcomes the wedding of light.
Day and Night unite.
