introduction one :
with an analytical view we see the world main highways , they are

"people requirements" =>"energy"
"people requirements" => "food"
"people requirements" => "religion"
"people requirements" => "entertainment" => "any thing" [like movie, game , music and etc]

and the needs challenges the finance so we have these relations ,
"finance" <=> "technology" [I know the trade as a technology, having a donkey in a faraway village is a technology ;) ]
"finance" <=> "primitive energy resources" [oil,nuclear,sun]
"finance" <=> "political & diplomatic power"
"finance" <=> "religious usages & tools"
"finance" <=> "the world different cultures"
.
.
.
and a question that will fires is "what is our role in this pyramid ?"
we can produce energy or food , so we need new biology , devices and ... now USA , China and some other countries are playing this role and they are powerful
we can develop new technologies , so we need modern universities and laboratories and genius students now Japan , USA , Germany are playing this role
we can propagate religion or entertainment , now we can see chinese rosaries in UAE trademarks and Holywood productions in many streets of Tehran
even we can develop new financial structures , [maybe this has been chosen in foreign policy]
these are solutions but not the essential ...
introduction two :
the world is moving toward a matrix like world in two domains. number one, in physical domain we have great improvements in biology , humanology , chemistry and ... and number two, in virtual worlds and interactivity devices . the movement is toward a matrix like world i.e. a world with fast , complex and crisp changes that transfixes anyone and shows need for speed to drive into , maybe underground !! or maybe on the ground . with this new world we need new strategies , the strategies in first intro are obsolete and maybe take a lot of decays to affect or even maybe there were no result so we are going to find new strategies
Conclusion :
after some deep thinking I see something missed in the first intro . I didn't write the main line there , and it's here

"people requirements" => "change"

the need of people to change and new things is rising they need something new . creating new technologies , new religions , new devices , new heros and many other new things may shows this need, so we should response to this need
and I sense that the essential solution is here ,"we MUST be creative(or)" so we can be on the top of the wave and it's not incredible

Neither we are going to analyze upstair worlds deep , nor we are creating some extraordinary tools , we are just building the platform and the rest of work goes along automatically.
first from my senses :
we should implement and ... inject the chaos in the system , so what we can do ?
- inject the concept of chaos (I recommend it , it's the chaos logic(s) approach)
- implement the primitive attractors
- adapt to the chaotic forms , and use what we have now
- and the other solutions that I don't know now
and what it should do after ?
- detection
- adaptation
- generation
- invention
the forms of chaos .

the platform MUST have body - virtual or real - and MUST be in a floating state for the first phase.
For the second phase the platform should have authority , to train independent
in the next step we work on fuzzy logic and it's extension capabilities to enter the "Mean-World"

My definition of the world as a total system !

When I turned my head around I saw there is something missed to explain and it was the "Mean-World" - may I change the name later - , we speak a lot in days and we use meanings more and more to communicate information and concepts .
The meaning as an object is near to the word but there are many meanings that hasn't their equivalent words , and at this scene the words role like doors to the Mean-World as an complex continues world , so words are quantum and meanings are continues .
And if we step into and cross the Mean-World , I sense we come to the more complex and fantastic "spirit world" and after that the abilities of "life" and after the "authority".
I know it's a little bravery but I drew an image and put it here , below :

After thousands of years from invention of chess , there is no total solution for wining on that and researches to develop a perfect chess engine continues ...
a chess engine in a plain explanation is an command-line application that inputs the position in FEN format and outputs the analysis and best moves all time .
The first idea on creating a chess engine was predicating all future positions and evaluating the final result board in a defined DEPTH , there were to problem with that , first .... in each position we have about 25 moves so each TEMPO ( half of a move ) has 25 ... and for a depth of 7 we should analyze 25^14 positions it is a heavy and time consuming process even by using present modern computers , second was the accuracy of analysis because of the evaluation process was summation of piece values so there was a lack of knowledge .
Accessor enhancements were concentrated on these problems , invention of search & scan algorithms like minimax , alpha-beta , Iterative deepening and A* improved the performance by pruning useless threads and using the caching techniques , implementing new board representations like bitboards and other and at last injecting more knowledge, defining about 50 parameters like positional parameters and game phase and ... improved the accuracy of evaluations .
there were some other sidelong enhancements like quiescense , danger grade and ...
now the revolutions have been started , .... {some content deleted !! }

Artificial Intelligence ( AI )

Having a look at the history of AI shows that there were many work and little progress

At the beginning we had some mechanical and electronical instruments to compute some expression , it's [computation] far from intelligence but now have become one of the bases of it and maybe continuing to the computationalism approach was one of the misleds in AI cause we have some strict and deterministic bases and expect some elegant and beautiful behavior [ more simulation than creation ] .

After that Fuzzy Logic and Soft Computing and Neural Networks and Genetic Algorithm have been innovated to simulate more accurate and softer and more complex.

In my view the computationalism approach even using fuzzy logic and soft computing has a limitation to bring AI expectations , by the way now computationalism is one of the convenient and popular approaches and many hope it.

The next step was establishing the proper benchmarks and beds for training , testing and managing intelligent systems , some of them were virtual worlds , robots with modern sensors , war crafts and … that we now have and use and develop .

Maybe the last step is construction of some bodies to have the ability of shipping sprite .

I sense it's feasible to implement a logic based on chaos and training it in the floating state [like nature in the birth event]

So I'm working on chaos logic ;)
