I did a good deed last week for someone I do not really in real life know. An art journalist that I read her blog, well the power cord on her Mac took a poo poo and I went and bought her a new one and shipped it to her. $$ well spent. If you are a creative person, you must keep creating and not slow or stop completely if a roadblock pops itself up in your way. Anyway, Kira is back and I am glad I could help.

My friend Lotus, calls me the acquirer, because I can usually get whatever she is wishing for when she wants it. I am not afraid to spend $$$ when it is for art or music or books. Education is a must.

Been awhile, but I need to catch up on my geekiness. I bought satelite radio for my car!!!!!!!!I am so stoked. This is the best. Luv it luv it luv it!!! Get the idea?

And I am really getting into my art journal again. I found Suziblu and Kira on You Tube and fell in love with journalling again. these two young ladies have it going and made how to videos on youtube for us beginners to learn from. Of course it meant spending more $$$ on art materials, but that is one of the things I do best

I have another blog called Destination Unknown over on Blogger, that I wanted to use for art stuff, but there is no way I can post pics of stuff on there from my journals, so I think I will stick with yahoo for now.

My friend, Lotus, is going to show me how to scan and hopefully post pics to this blog soon.

I have completed the move to my new office. Yea!! No DSL or fax or phone yet and I still don't know where anything is, but I don't care. It's quiet and I can get work done without alot of interruptions. I must say I look forward to classes when I say myself that we need a break, instead of others dictating when we break.

Survived Xmas, although I don't know how I will pay for it. I'm still paying for Xmas 06.

Weekend with no work and book store gift cards Ahhhh!

Geek fever that is. Wow!! Another electronic gadget has me on line ordering it on Sunday. OK, a Nintendo DS Lite. I am totally nuts. Of course a guy at work, another geek pal, showed his to me and of course I had to get one. Hopefully it will be here by the weekend so I can play. When will I ever learn?

My husband wants to know what I want for Xmas. I am very hard to buy for as you know if you have read any of my previous posts, I usually go get what I want on my own. But I will think and then let him know. I want lots of Art stuff that will have to be bought online. He is getting a Sony Digital Camera. I think he knows, but that is OK.

Can't wait to play with the new toy.
