I did it. I went to the inauguration of Barack Obama, our 44th president of the United States. I missed the rally here in Chicago, and wanted to be part of a historic event. I downloaded my pictures in Flickr if anyone is interested.

I wanted to beautify my backyard so that it would be inviting, private, calming and interesting. My photo is the ideal I'm looking for.

I'd welcome any advice for budgeting, landscaping, etc. to make this look happen.

I thought I could reach more friends and my family here. Also I thought I could hear from you on how to improve my blog. I have a pretty average knowledge of computing technology and the Internet. By now, I can do some things I wasn't able to or didn't know I could before, but I want to continue to learn and expand. I don't think I'll ever be an expert, but I'm like everyone else here who likes trying out new technology and new gadgets. So I would appreciate any tips and tricks here to make my blog more interesting. Thanks.
