When its all said and done its not how much money we have or how manny people we know..its the people we love and the people who love us, the friendships we have that matter :) Reply
Hi world ....... I am a positive happy person at least I would hope thats how most people see me lol.
----- THIS IS AMAZING!!!
A picture began circulating a few years back. It should be 'The Picture of the Year,' or perhaps, 'Picture of the Decade.'
It won't be. In fact, unless you obtained a copy of the US paper which published it, you probably would never have seen it.
The picture is that of a 21-week-old unborn baby named Samuel Alexander Armas, who is being operated on by surgeon named Joseph Bruner. The baby was diagnosed with spinal bifida and would not survive if removed from his mother's womb.
Little Samuel's mother, Julie Armas, is an obstetrics nurse in Atlanta . She knew of Dr. Bruner's remarkable surgical procedure. Practicing at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, he performs these special operations while the baby is still in the womb. During the procedure, the doctor removes the uterus via C-section and makes a small incision to operate on the baby.
As Dr. Bruner completed the surgery on Samuel, the little guy reached his tiny, but fully developed hand through the incision and firmly grasped the surgeon's finger.
Dr. Bruner was reported as saying that when his finger was grasped, it was the most emotional moment of his life, and that for an instant during the procedure he was just frozen, totally immobile.
The photograph captures this amazing event with perfect clarity. The editors titled the picture, 'Hand of Hope.'
The text explaining the picture begins, 'The tiny hand of 21-week-old fetus Samuel Alexander Armas emerges from the mother's uterus to grasp the finger of Dr. Joseph Bruner as if thanking the doctor for the gift of life.'
Little Samuel's mother said they 'wept for days' when they saw the picture. She said, 'The photo reminds us pregnancy isn't about disability or an illness, it's about a little person.'
Samuel was born in perfect health, the operation 100 percent successful. Now see the actual picture, it is awesome...incredible....and hey, pass it on. The world needs to see this one!
Don't tell me God isn't awesome!

There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle.
The other is as though everything is a miracle.
( Albert Einstein)
I was thinking about the people I love tonight and decided it was time to write
What? Why?
If it makes you smile and you love the glow
If it makes you want more
If you cant stand not to have it
If your heart aches for it
What is it ……?
When it hurts to let it go even when you know it’s the best thing to do
When even though its raining you see sun
When the smile on someone’s face is all you need to make you smile
When all you see in that someone is the good not because that’s all there is but because the other just doesn’t matter
What causes this …….?
If every moment together feels like its gone to fast
When every moment apart feels like forever
When the thought of not seeing them again makes you fall apart
When your whole body screams to be held by them
Why is this …….?
When a sad song rips your heart out because the heart break feels so real
When your tears come no matter what because of the overwhelming emotion
they bring out of you …….
When the thought of the loss of someone hurts so much you cant breath
If you know saying I cant live without them sounds silly …but you don’t care
When being with them makes the world seem to go away
If just knowing they love you is totally satisfying
If the best thing for them was for you to give them up you would do it even if it makes it hard to breath because just to see them happy is what really matters ……..
What ? Why?
Think about it.

dedicated to someone I love and always will
I used to love to write poetry
whether I was happy, sad ,or pondering it brought me closer to an understanding of myself in some strange way. I was looking ant some i wrote the other day and decided to write one today so here it is. Please keep in mind its been a wile since I wrote. LOL
I had one of my poems published in a book once it was a great feeling!
It is something I would like to do more of if nothing els just to put me more in touch with myself and my creative side.
Eyes… A woman has the right to cry
Did I not once gaze into this soul
Did I wonder Then…. at the site?
Now when my eyes come upon this site
They are intrigued …….
Is this not those same eyes ?
Is this not that same ocean of emotion
That hides behind these eyes
I feel the ocean flow and can see the waves
Au yes what changes can be made, to this mist I find these days
Vast changes to the look in those eyes
Where once the smile was starting now what is this…..
I see only mist
Au but a woman has the right to cry
From the time she opens her eyes to the moment she rests
Dose she not do her best for those in her nest?
the first time she gave him passion and all her heart
To the first child ..that will always have her smile.
Till at last her life is so full
And yet sometimes seems hollow
Can this not be all?
Is there more for her
And if so…
How can that be?
Much more and her heart will stall
And the thought of this not being enough only brings the mist
That cause her to shrink and want to swallow
Have I not gazed into this ocean before
What is this mist that clouds the view into my soul
Is it the thought that I shall always have more to give
If only I could ask for the return of what I lovingly bestow
Is that too much to ask ……
Au yes a woman has the right to cry
To feel the mist in her eyes
To test the heart of those she loves
To feel the passion for life in its full potential
Au yes to look into a woman’s eyes
the ocean of her soul
Can you not see how much she is willing to give
How much passion is tossing in those waves
Dose she not entice you to give your all just to see her smile?
And stop the mist that clouds the view
To the love and the passion she has for you.

Ever wonder what the point to life? Or am I the only one?
Why do we make a big deal out of things that will soon only be a memory? And at the same time why are we not making better memories? I find myself holding back sometimes out of apprehensiveness or fear of the unknown. And today the thought crossed my mind .....hhmmm I don't know how long my life will be but when I look back on it I don't want to have regrets or what ifs. I want to live life to the fullest!!! And teach my kids to do the same. I have always prayed before I make any big choices and sometimes I wonder do I do that out of faith that God knows better or out of Fear that I'll mess up. LOL
I do believe God knows best and praying has always been my answer to the hard questions and the hard times and it has always helped.God has always been there when no one els was.I love the poem "footprints in the sand" and " the difference" they are both posted on my wall. However I also believe he wants us to learn and experience as much as we can wile we are here. And we are expected to figure some things out on our own. Oh, but there is where the big question comes in. Some believe that we are all connected to each other and to God.... if that is true then even when you think you are on your own you never really are. And it also means that everything you do affects others. SO yes we are to live life to the fullest but we must remember that everything we do has a wave affect... you never know whose watching or how they will be affected.
So see life is strange we are to make the most out of it and pray we don't do anything to harm someone Else's path in life. Especially those we love. And then there are our children watching us for the example.... if we mess up are we responsible for them doing the same? We are to do what makes us happiest and yet not hurt anyone in the proses. Life isn't strange its complicated!!! LOL
I just read something on a friends page that braught tears to my eyes and I think everyone should see it ......this is it.
