Well I'm now up and running again on 360. It's good to be back.

yesterday was one year without a drink or a drug. It's the first time i've been without a drink or a drug for a consecutive year since i was 13 years old. It's all because of the grace of God and my relationship with Jesus Christ. My family has been a great support for me and you, my friends, don't even know how much you've helped me over the years. Thank you and I love you.

Those we love are never really lost to us.

We feel them in so many specials ways-Through friends they always cared about and dreams they left behind.

In beauty they added to our days...

The problems I have are small to me, when I look around and others problems I see

Ayoung child looked my way and smiled at me , she walked with a limp and had a brace on her knee

I saw a woman crying and I don't know why, but I could see she was in pain when I looked into her eyes

A man at work was cursing and mad, I found out later that he had just lost his dad

A woman was rude and nasty with me, she had gotten laid off from her job and had three children to feed

There's a lot going on behind the scenes and maybe people aren't the way I think they should be

So I'm not the only one with troubles in life, and regardless of how i'm spoken to, I try not to get mad, it's really alright

Sometimes a kind word or a simple smile can help person forget their troubles for a while

Just being able to help someone is more important to me, than if a person isn't acting the way I think they should be
