This was step one of a Tag Book project I'm working on as part of a new group - The Artist Circle. I have never used coffee to stain anything so this was fun.
I have a Senseo coffee maker, you know the one that uses the pods, so I just made myself a cup of coffee and as I sipped my yummy drink I used the pod to dab the coffee onto the tags instead if brushing the coffee on. I really like the look this gave. At one point the pod broke open and grounds fell on a few of the tags. I thought this would leave a nice pattern so I did all 12 tags like that. Brushed them off when they were dry.
