The weight is going up or down one or two pounds depending on what I eat, might have to eat smaller portions to get the weight down.
Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and that means good food with a lot of calories.
It was recommended that I eat 2100 calories per day, a reduction of 500 to 1000 calories would insure I lose weight.
But on the other hand, if I exercise enough to burn some calories, in time my weight will go down on its own.
That might mean I increase on my cardio.
The monitoring will keep going on unless I come down with a cold.

Well, here where we start monitoring, for the next three months.
I should have stated my age before, so here what we will start with;
Age: 67
Height: 5 foot 7 inches
Weight: 183 Lbs
Blood Pressure: 154/86
Pulse: 62.
Yesterday, I went for a jog about three miles, about a mile and a half to the VA Medical center here in Altoona, PA.
Jogging because at my age and three operations on my knees is all we can do.
Twice on my right knee and once on my left.
I'm going slow, don't want to push, even if the mind is thinking that I'm still in my youth or middle age.
Than I could fly, because that all I had been doing running here and running there.
Than we didn't have lunch in the school, we had to go home unless you brought a lunch.
This was during the 50s, we were still in the dark ages compare to now.
Today I did my cardio on my mountain bike on the stationary stand and my stepper.
Nothing high tech but its all I have.
Did a little weight training.
Than I did some crunches to strength the core.
Tomorrow, in the morning I planning to do my jog again, trying to bring my weight down.
I'm also watching what I eat, and I try to include things 'green, red, purple and orange' so I will be getting all the vitamins that I need.
That all for today.

Another part of my cardio is using a stepper like this for 30 mintues.
This too is nothing fancy or expensive.
