We continue to be busy with our drug and alcohol rehab so not too much time to visit.

We have had record snowfalls which have continued for 3 1/2weeks and now lots of rain which is slowly melting away the heaps of snow which has piled everywhere.It reminds me of when we lived in Montreal.

Cheers everyone .After sooo long I dont know if I have any friends left here. Life has been great for us and very fulfillingly hectic.

My daughter married her sweetheart in Wales August 2nd and we had a very enjoyable 3 weeks visiting our UK friends and rellies.

In Sept.we moved and have started a new business in the drug and alcohol recovery arena.

I am now retired fully from hospital nursing.

The secret success of our proven method is sweating in the sauna to remove all the residual toxins from the body.If only the millions of people who repeatedly enter rehabs were given this program more lives and families would be recovered permanently. How to begin after such a long time. Firstly I hope all my friends on 360 are happy and well.

I know you will all feel sorry for me but our 11day cruise to hawaii in November for my birthday turned into a 3 Cruise 40 night Odyssey to Sidney . Australia. Needless to say I was dragged kicking and screaming all the way. We visited 3 of the Hawaiin Islands for 11 days which included 6 sea days. We then travelled to Tahiti. Moorea,and Bora Bora in French Polynesia. That took 15days by the time we got to Aukland. We then travelled down the East coast of New Zealand visiting Napier.Dunedin, Wellington and Christchurch. We then travelled through The Sounds to Melbourne,Newcastle and Sydney Australia.

We flew home on Dec 23rd and spent Christmas with my son Paul and his family in Chilliwack BC

I would never have guessed that after such a long vacation how difficult it would be to get back into any kind of normal routine so I took the opportunity to do the Purification Rundown which releases the body of all previously aquired toxins from drugs,anaesthetics and pollutants from our lifetime. Needless to say at my age it is taking quite some time Day 37 today but I think I am almost done. What the heck 4 hours a day in the Suana who can complain?! Oh and not to mention 25 minutes a day on the exercise bike as jogging is not for me.

My daughter's wedding in Wales is fast approaching August 2nd so we have another big trip planned .This time the whole family will hopefully be joining us.

Somewhere in there I am finding some time to work the occasional 8 hr shift at the hospital. No more 12 hour shifts for this gal

Well dear friends here is the start for those of you who have not given up on me.

Can't believe how fast time is flying by.

We just returned from a few days fishing in the Caribou and finally I caught some really nice trout 9 in total so we had fish for lunch every day and supper last night. We came back a day early as the weather turned. We have had many mini trips this summer and visited lots of lovely places in this beautiful Province of ours. My son and his wife own a recreational property in upper Washington State not far from Mt Baker so we have spent some nice times with him there.

Last weekend my nephew and his girlfriend were visiting us from the UK They are doing the Grand Canyon, San Francisco, Vegas drive and decided to fly up and visit us for the weekend. We managed to have a get-together with his 3 cousins while he was here which was the main purpose of the visit.

My stepson was injured at work almost a month ago and is still in pain. Xrays showed no breaks at the time of the incident but he had repeat hip Xrays last night so maybe that will show something this time.
