Today, like everyday, my heart is aching from missing my beautiful grandson 'Little George'. HAPPY THIRTEENTH BIRTHDAY SWEETHEART from your mommy and family and your grandma in Ireland.We all love you and miss you so very much.

We might not be allowed to speak to you on the phone, or send you presents and cards or visit you but just know that we think of you all day, every day and cannot wait for this nightmare to be over.And remember this, NONE OF THIS WAS EVER YOUR MOM'S FAULT.YOU WERE LIED TO FROM THE BEGINNING.

It is so sad that a family like the Matland's, who scam and con people the way that they do, using the homeless people and their children as pawns for collecting money/grants/Food Stamps and so on, so that they can have a life free of having to pay for their own families upkeep.Anybody donating food, clothing,money or anything at all is simply being laughed at by the Matland's because you are enabling them to buy more property and build up their bank balances.Do you think for one minute that this money goes to help the homeless people. It goes partly to buy their large alcohol intake and then of course there is the question of drugs and the sale thereof.

But worse still is the fact that they terrify so many people, people who have been in their illegal marriages over the past 30 years,or stayed at the shelter, to such an extent that these same people are to frightened to talk about this.Then add on top of this what the Matlands have done to these children and how much they hide them away from outsiders and then look at the danger they are in because the Matlands rent rooms to people who have committed so many various crimes and come to live with them.

Many times now this has come to light.But what else is coming to light is the fact that anybody unfortunate enough to really piss the Matlands off or talk about them or report them to the authorities can end up very dead.But get this!!! The police will not investigate these cases.Believe me, I have done my homework on this family and I know exactly what and who I am talking about.

Anybody who follows my blogs knows that the Matland family are not what they profess to be.So why would anybody be stupid enough to go and get married in their church,or have a funeral of a loved one done by them, or any other service that the Matlands pretend to be legally able to perform.You would have to be as mentally unstable as George, Priscilla and Gale to fall for their lies because each one of those services is going to cost you money. And now talking about money, when it all boils down that is exactly what the Matlands are about. MONEY !!!!! MONEY,MONEY and more MONEY!!!

For a tax exempt business, and the funds supposedly being for the homeless people so that they can receive shelter and food and hopefully a bit of spiritual guidance,that is not where the money is going. It is also not going to the owners of the properties that they are supposed to be going to.So begs the question then, where is it going? Why are the homeless people now having to pay monthly rent?Why are the people who have children not only paying rent but they have to send their children to the MATLAND'S scam of a school.The Vice-Principle being George's pretend wife Priscilla, and also calling herself a Pastor, and who is a partner and has a half share in the local shop selling odds and sods that are manily donated, so again it is not costing them money except for rent and electricity and so on, because that is tax exempt.

I haven't written a blog for a couple of months now because to be honest some such astounding revelations have come up during that time, that it has left me totally gobsmacked, for want of a better word.I really do need to say here that I am so grateful to certain people who do have a conscience in Oregon, who sent me that help.They obviously care for the safety of the children more than they do the jobs that they have.I always knew that there was something going on that was bigger than what I at first thought, I just didn't realize that a scum family like the Matlands were involved.I always thought that they were just doing their own scams.So now we know why they are not being prosecuted for all of their many, many crimes.And God!!! that does cover an awful lot of various crimes.But folks, you have been rumbled.

So now it is time to put things right,the children have to be freed of this hell that they have been living in and the perpetrators of these crimes brought to justice including those in office who have been not just covering up these crimes but taking kickbacks from these crimes. WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE! And as for you Jason Carlile, District Attorney, you are running a crooked court and you damn well know it.You know that my daughter's case was fixed and still you tried to make excuses.Well no more.You should be down on your knees praying to whoever you worship and begging for foregiveness for what you and that bunch of crooked judges have done, and remember this, it was GEORGE MATLAND WHO COMMITTED ALL THOSE CRIMES AND TRIED TO KILL MY DAUGHTER AND GAVE HER POISON WHICH HAS RUINED HER HEALTH FOR LIFE AND LEFT ANOTHER LADY CRIPPLED FOR LIFE.And I have not even touched on the other crimes. And you have the bloody nerve to tell me that if I can prove my case then you will prosecute the Matlands. You fool, look in your own courthouse and police department. They are the ones hiding the Matlands crimes and changing the titles of the crimes that they have been called out to. Why should I do your dirty work because you are so busy trying to cover your butt for what you know and have known for all these years has been going on.And another thing, why was I asked by someone in your own office, to phone the police department to ask for a file to be sent over to the DA's office because they did not take any notice of your office. YOU HAVE TO HAVE KNOWN THAT THERE WAS NO FILE TO START WITH ON THE CASE OF GEORGE MATLAND HAVING GIVEN MY DAUGHTER POISON.THE POLICE DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO INVESTIGATE IT JUST LIKE WHEN A LADY LIVING VERY LOCALLY WAS LEFT CRIPPLED FOR LIFE AFTER SHE WAS SET UP BY GEORGE MATLAND.NOTHING WAS DONE JUST LIKE NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THE FIRES, THE RAPE, THE POOR KIDS WHO HAVE BEEN HURT AND SO ON AND SO ON.I COULD GO ON AND ON.WHAT ABOUT THE MEDICATION GIVEN TO THE KIDS SO AS TO SHUT THEM UP. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS OF MY BEAUTIFUL GRANDSON ON MY PROFILE PAGE AND SEE WHAT THOSE BASTARDS DID TO HIM.YOU JASON CARLILE ARE COVERING IT ALL UP,AND MY GRANDSON IS NOT THE ONLY CHILD THERE.BELIEVE ME. YOU ALL HAVE NOT HEARD THE LAST OF ME BY FAR.I WILL GET JUSTICE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND FOR THE OTHER PEOPLE HURT BY THE MATLAND SCUM.HAVE A GOOD DAY.

THIS FAMILY ARE NOTHING BUT A COMPLETE JOKE !!!! Yes folks I am talking about the Matland family still. It came to light earlier this week when I received a letter right out of the blue pertaining to the fictitious names and places that the Matland family claim to have been connected to. It is just more crap that the fools who run the Government and other offices that pay out grants and funding to keep the Matlands in the style to which they think that they should live in, are falling prey to.

One would have to ask as to why people can claim tax exemption and yet be out and out scammers. Doesn't anybody have enough common sense to check out some of this fictitious paperwork? Does one have to be devoid of brains altogether to get a job in these different departments? I know for a fact that these certain employees can't ask questions of their bosses because as in a few cases that I personally know of, these people are threatened with losing their jobs.And as awful as this sounds, some already have, but that is to cover up the bigger picture as obviously these heads of departments don't want these scams being exposed and so to protect their interests, certain people are moved on so that they cannot be questioned.That not only already definately happened but I have been assured that should it be brought to light about this case being fixed and the people involved, that they to will lose their jobs and I was begged to wait until my grandson was 18 years old before trying to get my daughter's rights and her son returned to her because these people would be fired. That is five years away and she has not been allowed to talk to him or have any contact whatsoever with him for five years now, all because Linn County Courthouse is out and out BENT>!!!! And that goes for several other places in Albany who are in on this as well ,and some of those are mentioned in my other blogs.

"Heads will roll", is what we were told, if we keep on digging into what is really going on regarding protecting the Matland family and the scams that they are involved in and have been for all the years that they have been in Oregon. So just taking that amount of time, we are talking about 30 years of crimes in Oregon alone.That is not counting what went on beforehand.Take Linn County Courthouse,where is the justice in that place? The court case was rigged regarding my grandson. My daughter's rights did not exist from beginning to the end of her divorce/custody case.The attorney Edward L. Daniels was told by the court not to give out my daughter's address as George Matland had tried on more than one occasion to kill my daughter, plus had attacked her son, plus had her followed, harrassed by people from the Mission, had the lug nuts all undone on her car and he even got little George to kneel and pray with him and the family, that she would get killed on the journey. Can you imagine that? But still Edward Daniels not only got my daughter's address but made sure that George had it also thus enabling him to carry on harrassing her.Perhaps it should be Edward Daniels business that should be investigated as he obviously has not got a clue as to business ethics and the dirty money that he is taking.This is the same man who tried to wriggle out of being investigated by Oregon State Bar who are also as bad as him.But then they protect their own.

Strictly speaking "The Signs of Victory Mission" which is for the homeless people, is not there any more. It doesn't matter that they hung a sign on Gale Matland's house and their latest local shop on Second Avenue which is in a partnership with another couple,this is just another business that will go down the pan with Matlands being involved.When it all boils down, the MATLANDS DO NOT NOW RUN A SHELTER FOR THE HOMELESS. You can't be counted as homeless if you are paying rent for your room. Some people were paying $150 per month going back a few years, imagine what they are paying now for the priviledge of renting from them. Their places are cockroach infested, I am surprised that the Matlands don't charge the cockroaches themselves to live there.Plus these people are asked for other money when stuff is needed. It is hardly a homeless person's shelter then, is it? Then there is the question of the children. Why are they kept hidden away and why are they not allowed to go to a proper school? I have it in writing that they were all taken out of school because of the bruises and also because they would tell some of what went on at Matlands. What Judge in his right mind would allow young children to live in a place where drugs are openly used plus of course the Matlands capacity for all the alcohol that they consume, that the good people of Albany and around, all contribute to thinking that it is going to help the homeless.Then there were the weapons that were there before the Mission was closed down just recently.So, no mission, no homeless people , only ones paying rent,so what the hell are these people doing trying to stay tax exempt, get different grants and still profess to be ordained ministers. Just today I was told about a certificate of ordination that George himself has that proves he is a Pastor and is worth nothing more than the paper that you wipe your butt on. Excuse me, it was dated for November 2003.That then means that the paperwork that I have whereby he states that he was ordained in 1972 (which is also lies)means that every marriage that he has performed up until 2003 is all fraud because the people getting married were never really, legally married. He was no more a Pastor than I am and nor is his wife.But anyway, it is great for their scams I suppose.

But what else makes me so mad is the fact that Judge John McCormick, on the first day of the court case, has to have believed what was written on George's Restraining order on the night that he attacked Andrea's other son.If the police had half a brain and weren't so busy covering up George's crime that night, they might have realized that Andrea would not have locked herself and her son in the bedroom out of fear that he was going to hurt them even more, and with Maxine threatening to murder her if she called the cops,well only someone who was a brainless moron would realize that George's statement was a complete fabrication because it was Andrea who called the police and it was George himself that took the two cops to one side and turned the attack that he had made on the child onto Andrea.He claimed that she attacked her son but not only that but that she attacked George himself by clawing him and throwing knives and stuff around.SHE WOULD HARDLY CALL THE POLICE ON HERSELF, WOULD SHE? So George had this all on the Restraining Order and that is what the Judge saw.On top of this she was not able to go to the courthouse for the hearing because she was not given the date as it was posted out to her, like it was for George Matland and it was that same day that the letters arrived that her mailbox was robbed. HOW BLOODY CONVENIENT.She lost custody because it appeared that she had no interest in the case.So not only was her paperwork stolen but she did not get her court date to appear either.Also Edward Daniels pointed out that Andrea was liable to skip.She is British and that makes that a case of discrimination against her, and just before anybody wonders, YES she is legal.

George broke every rule in the book regarding my daughter's rights and the courthouse knows it.Now doesn't it make the ordinary citizens of Albany wonder why the courthouse and other officials are all so keen to cover up what is going on there that people are to terrified to say to much.I know of people who were in California at a radio station doing an interview who happened to say that they were from Oregon and these people were to scared to say what was happening there and as the interviewer is a friend of mine, he called to tell me of this strange reaction that these people had.Albany is only one part of what is going on in Oregon.But I can tell you something, it stinks as do the people who are involved in these crimes do.They have no right whatsoever to hold positions of power if all they want to do is cover up crime.Perhaps we should be investigating them as well.

THE END OF AN ERA. ' THE SIGNS OF VICTORY MINISTRIES' EVICTED YET AGAIN FOR NON-PAYMENT.AND GET THIS!!!!! IN THE DEMOCRAT HERALD IT SAYS THAT GEORGE MATLAND IS LOOKING FOR THREE NEW PROPERTIES TO RENT AND THEY WILL HOLD 6-8 PEOPLE IN EACH.I MIGHT ADD HERE THAT HOMELESS PEOPLE NEED NOT APPLY BECAUSE HE, HIS SO CALLED WIFE AND GEORGE'S SISTER WILL CHARGE A HEFTY RENT THAT ONLY A WORKING PERSON COULD AFFORD JUST LIKE THEY DO WHERE THEY LIVE NOW ON SEVENTH AVE.SE ALBANY.

Just how many buildings does this family have to buy and rent, before people realize that this is all one huge scam.'The Signs of Victory Mission', 'Signs of Victory Ministries', 'Signs of Victory Bible School', 'Signs of Victory Albany Mission', and I could go on and on telling you all of the various different names that they call this farce of a church mission, so as to get tax exemption and con the people all around Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon and Cave Junction and so on, over the very many years that their operation has been running, so as to collect money from Government and Federal grants and people daft enough to donate money to this Mission.WAKE UP!!!! The Matlands do not use your money that you give them for doing their marriages, the funerals, feeding the Homeless and so on, on the actual people that it is meant to help, it is for the Matlands themselves to get even more property and keep them in drugs and alcohol.

Has anybody ever bothered to look into the other properties and who they scam out of the money that they are supposed to be paying? It is one huge farce and the officials in Oregon are fully aware of what they are doing.How many people are stupid enough to think that the Homeless people are the Matland's priority? They rob them of anything that they can lay their hands on, and that can be their Welfare Checks, their Food Stamps, extra charges when something is needed for the Mission or one of the other buildings like basic necessities, ie. soap, washing products , toilet paper and so on. Now don't tell me that they are already donated by the generous people in Albany and surrounding districts, because I know that they are, but do you think that that is who the soap and so on goes to.? Well I have news for you. Those necessary items of packs of toiletries and other items to help these homeless people, WERE SOLD ON E-BAY. They sold loads of stuff on E-Bay including loads of ornaments,loads of shoes, animal items, cleaning stuff and the famous guitar. They tried selling and got away with,a guitar that they kidded people into believing that it was played over the years by someone famous and they said that it had been used by famous bands also.When I first read about this guitar I laughed my boots off because it was robbed off some poor fella years before.They had the cheek to have a starting price of $9,999.00.I actually phoned the person named, a couple of the bands and so on. Nobody knew a thing about this guitar. The price came down over the weeks and in the end it was sold for $2,000.00. Then I think that that was more because he felt sorry for the Homeless people because he had believed what he read in the advert that the whole of the money collected was going to help the Homeless people.FOOL!!!! They were selling everything that they could lay their hands on because they owed over $20,000.00 on Gale's own private residence that you people all helped her buy for herself, even though she has another property just down the road.It just shows you that running a Church/Homeless Shelter is a very profitable and lucrative business doesn't it?Especially with it being run as a non-profit business. I mean to say, she has got herself two houses out of it. Oh and by the way, The Sign's of Victory does not operate on E-Bay any more (unless they are using another name) because they inadvertantly forgot to send some of the items that the people paid good money for.I could have told you that that would happen when they first started doing E-Bay.They use 'Craig's List now.

Since their properties were mainly all lost due to non payment of anything that they possibly could get away with,Gale had to let some of the Homeless live in her duplex but they of course didn't live rent free, or even pay a small donation (even though again that property became tax exempt) they paid proper rent like you or I would have to.It sort of takes away from their generosity doesn't it? So Gale has two properties in one of her other names that she used to sign the paperwork.(Isn't that fraud?) So the $20,000.00 was for the ballon payment on that building, nothing to do with helping the Homeless.And definately nothing to do with paying any of their very many large debts.These going into hundreds of thousands of dollars.It is a wonder that they don't get put in prison for their property scams alone, let alone the violent attacks and attempted murder and all of the other terrible violent crimes that they have done on spouses, their children, the homeless people.But then of course, to get these crimes brought to court one has to have a Police dept., that actually records the crimes in the first place, doesn't one and then one would have to have a courthouse that would prosecute these crimes and being as Albany has neither, and this can be proved, the Matlands can do what they damn well like on who they want to do it on, knowing that they will get away with it.But then again, they are not doing this for nothing, are they!!!!

Take their (Matland's) church at Dale Street SE, the building also doubling as a Bible Study School and here is the funniest bit, a Private Children's school. Now one would definately have to laugh at the cheek of them.George's so called wife was the School Principle and a guy from the Homeless shelter was calling himself the Vice Principle.They even got hold of an old school bus and took the children from the Mission and their other properties and they became the pupils. INSTANT SCHOOL!!! All they had to do then was encourage the local punters that this was a real school and they wanted to charge $250.00 per month to attend there.But they also charged the Homeless people something like $150.00 per month to send their children there. This place was nothing more than a dumping ground to get the kids out of the way whilst the Matlands other scams were taking place.Not only that, I suppose that they didn't want them seeing the drug deals going on.The Vice Principle was nothing more than a glorified babysitter.And when that Vice Principle lost his position there of sitting on his butt doing f--- all,and a new one took over,(again someone from the shelter) he decided that he would live in there also.Totally illegal, but hey folks, this is Albany.Anything goes.LOL!!!!And guess what, they didn't pay for that building either.

Now take the Signs of Victory Thrift shops in Lebanon (now closed, I wonder why??)and Corvallis? How many times has that place been taken to court. Twice but could be three times by now as it is a job keeping up with all of the Matland's antics.It is running at present but only by the skin of it's teeth.Now all you good citizens of Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon and so on, why don't you all donate money to the poor Matlands who are struggling to keep their thrift shop running? I am only joking as you and I know that the money will be used for the Matland family not for the person they are buying this large property from.As far as the Matlands are concerned, he will have to go and whistle for his money.

Now, I could go on and on about the scams and the vast amounts of money owing on all of the Matland's properties over all the years that they have been running, but there is no point because until the people taking the kickbacks are booted out of their jobs (which actually should not be to long now) the Matlands will be allowed to carry on doing what they are doing.They believe in the power of three, that is George and Priscilla and Gale, they are behind all of these scams since Maxine passed on.Well, they were behind them when she was alive also, but we are talking about now.

Let's get on to this subject now of the children.Matland's need for children.All again part of one of their scams. They were going to open a Foster home in one of Gale's houses, even got somebody who shall remain nameless just for now, and he actually signed a paper giving Gale charge of his daughter. Priscilla actually got a baby and another girl and pretended they were in her and George's care,(the word care being used very loosely as it was one of her children who had to care for this baby) that's not counting the three that she gave birth to, plus her and George have still got my grandson of whom we are not allowed to talk to or have any contact whatsoever with. But the sick part is, the lies that they are telling my grandson as to why he cannot have any contact with his mom and family.I have it in writing what was said by Priscilla's sister.She went off on a rant because I dared to ask her to give Priscilla or George a message as we could not get any answers or contact or anything regarding 'little George', via e-mail or telephone.She told me that she had questioned 'little George' and asked him if he wanted to see his mom and he is supposed to have said that his mom was a junkie and that he did not want to have anything to do with her.George and Priscilla have to have drummed this into him, but it is very well documented that my daughter never took drugs ever, and it is in writing that the court case was fixed.Not only that,it is far more serious than I think that even Priscilla knows, because so much more has happened that he can't have told her that he did to my daughter and another couple of women,but thankfully that is all documented.So for Priscilla's sister to have spouted the most awful language that only a tramp would use, and to say that she questioned 'little George' as to whether he wanted to ever see his mom,who the hell does she think she is? On top of which she said that she knew where 'little George was living and she did not feel like telling us because it did not suit her.Does she have any idea what Hell we have gone through with the Matlands over the years and to know that this whole case was rigged to start with, because she really does not have a clue as to the enormity of this case.Does that stupid child actually think that the Custody issue is all that is at stake.My God, she is going to be in for some shock when this all comes out, isn't she.Big George has to have told Priscilla some very serious lies to keep her on side and because she is so into scamming money herself and using the system to suit herself as well as the Matlands,she has never checked out what the whole story is.I just know that Priscilla has to have told the most terrible lies to her family and because they do not do their own enquiries because they are either to thick or to stupid, so they believe what she tells them and think that I am lying or exaggerating about the danger that Priscilla and her kids are in.But then again, they have been threatened and told not to tell what goes on there, just like 'little George has.Believe me, this is a very strange family but I would say that very soon they will be wishing that they had taken notice of what I said in the beginning instead of having their snobby little heads so far up their snobby little ,unimportant butts.Mental illness runs in the family it seems.I think that they proved it.Anyway, I am going to close for now.I wish you all a good New Year and to the Matlands and the bent officials, I'd think that this will be a very memorable year for you all.

Ownership dispute leads to second eviction for Signs of Victory

For the second time, the Signs of Victory Albany Mission has been evicted from its shelter headquarters at 705 Lyon St. S.E.

The eviction was part of an on-and-off again property dispute between George Matland and sister Gayle Armstrong, who manage the homeless shelter, on the one side, and property owner Don Taylor and Associates on the other.

So that the shelter cannot reopen and to keep burglars off the site, a fence was placed at the steps to the front door.

Matland said he now is looking for two or three houses to rent or lease that would hold six to eight people each.

When the shelter closed in November, Matland said, there were about 21 people living there. He has found housing for everyone around the city, including in his house and in a duplex next door to his house on Seventh Avenue, which is around the corner from the former mission.

Anyone with a home to rent can contact Matland at (541) 990-7618. He prefers that the homes be in the downtown area as many who need housing do not have a car or a driver’s license.

The mission first was evicted from the 99-year-old former boarding house in August 2007, although there were efforts prior to that to move the mission from the premises.

Matland and Armstrong, and their late mother, Virginia, had bought the house from Alta Taylor, formerly of Albany.

In November 2007, Taylor began foreclosure proceedings. Although the Matlands said they owned the house, they had borrowed money from Taylor to run the operation. Taylor contended the loan was not paid back, so until true ownership was established, Taylor told the Matlands to leave.

Then there was a burglary at the house and, according to Matland, Taylor said the shelter could move back in to help protect her investment.

Later, Taylor attempted to sell the property at a non-judicial sale on the Linn County Courthouse steps. One prospective bidder showed up, but he declined to bid after hearing there were three outstanding mortgages on the property.

Since then, the Taylors have tried to sell the house, but there have been no takers.

Matland said he owes the Taylors money but there is a question about how much. He suggests the $2,800 worth of donated roofing materials in the shed on the property go toward the debt and that the $9,000 in house repairs he has made should be counted as well.
