At this time I just want to ask anyone who maybe dropping by to please keep my husband in mind when you pray.

Raul is presently in ICU at Mercy Medical Center here in Nampa, Idaho.

He had surgery to fuse two vertebrae in his neck and did not awaken during the recovery period. He was intubated and placed on a Ventilator and then sedated until the following morning when his lungs did kick in and breath on their own.

The surgery itself is a succes up to now. However, he has been having a
very difficult time recovering from all the meds - anesthesia etcetera. He has had pneumonia for a couple of days now and today a high temp — He has been quite agitated since Sunday evening and his lungs and body are just so tired.

He stopped breathing today and had to be intubated again and is on a ventilator. I am told that he will be on it for a few days.

This is like a very sad bad dream.
