I think this person is going to say that the Trinity is not Biblical. As I write this he has not expanded his argument fully. I look forward to his full argument. Until then I want to give reasons why the Trinity is Biblical.
The Father is God (John 8:41, Philippians 1:2). Jesus is God (John 1:1, John 20:28, Colossians 2:9). The Holy Spirit is God (Acts 5:3-4). Jesus is also the Son of God (Mark 1:1, Mark 14:61-62, John 5:18). The Father is Creator (Isaiah 64:8). The Son is Creator (John 1:3, Colossians 1:16). The Holy Spirit was present at creation (Genesis 1:2), and is Creator (Job 33:4). And just as the Father spoke to men (Matthew 3:17), so too the Holy Spirit spoke to men (Acts 8:29, Acts 13:2). We were ordered to baptize in the name (singular) of all three (Matthew 28:19), because these three are one (1 John 5:7).
That is Bible. That is Trinity.
