Our expanding family experience
I started a blog for my Students today, under the name of Doorae English Club Blog. I am hoping to encourage a community of learners to start writing short entries in English. So all you teachers, consider introducing learners to the idea. It will make for a nice essay or poetry activity.
The countdown is going well. I got excited today when my colleague placed an online order for a child bicycle seat. I think we will enjoy going for bike rides. The place is ideal. I can't wait to upload some pics of our surroundings here.
Did you know that there are Azaleas growing everywhere here. They spring up like weeds this time of year. On Friday, there weren;t as many as there were today at school. The colors are purple and red. It's beautiful. My principal tells me the national flower of the DPRK is the Azalea? For some reason, I remember Belhar when I hear the word Azalea, I think there is a street by that name there. Help me out anyone from around there.
Sam got the tickets on Thursday!
Today I felt a lot like that mouse character in Tara's story book (If you give a mouse a cookie ). the mouse gets carried away after trimming his hair, then ends up sweeping, mopping each room of the house.. Well, my place needed it. Yet, I am sure I missed a spot or two. There's time left to do the rest. Seven days and counting.
I have posted another blog which allows for videos to be posted. Those of you with a VOX ID can find us by searching "bottledletters" in the VOX search feature or just use the link to "our.vox.com blog" on this page.
Stay well.. Anyong hi ge sayo..
