Programs

CGLI and Repo Concern

To all,

 

It has been noted that an alarming number of units that were repossessed only have a down payment credited on their account.

 

We have to be certain that the CGLI must be collected from all of these accounts, otherwise, the management will be left with no recourse but to take action to protect the operation. Be noted that we have already advanced the CGLI premium to the Insurance Company and it is but right to collect it from the previous Lessors.

 

We are looking into the proposal to collect the whole CGLI premium before the release of the units. Other suggestions and recommendations are highly appreciated.

NEW CEO PROGRAM

 

Granstar Motors is duly authorized distributor of motorcycle and scooters bearing the LONCIN & GRANSTAR brand and label.  The company aims to capture a broader market as well as establish competitiveness in terms of product quality, price and services.

 

 

CUSTOMER –ENTREPRENEUR ORGANIZATION (CEO)

 

This program is designed to promote sales through a chain of entrepreneur / customers who availed of the Granstar and Loncin products and continues to earn through referrals and to work together in order to develop a wider market and acceptance for the GRANSTAR products.

 

The Procedure (CEO)

 

1.        The customer acquires GRANSTAR’S products thru COD or leasing program.

2.        Granstar will offer to the customer the CEO program.

3.        If the customer approves, he will accomplish a CEO form and from thereon

        be called ENTREPRENEUR.

4.        Granstar authorizes the ENTREPRENEUR to distribute Granstar products and services at his own account through DIRRECT SELLING.

 

The Program (CEO)

 

           

1.        The customer who invests 1 unit of motorcycle will be considered ENTREPRENEUR or An Account Executive (who don’t avail unit) but can recruit 1 approved referral can be considered ENTREPRENEUR.

 

2.        An entrepreneur who can recruit 20 new entrepreneurs can be come a PROMOTER (As a promoter –an   income of P 1,000 / approved will be given)

 

3.        A promoter who can recruits another 10 new promoter can become PROJECT COORDINATOR (As a project coordinator -an incentive of P 10,000 monthly and/or 40,000 if he complete the 10 promoter in 3 months.

 

4.        A Project Coordinator who can directly recruit 10 new project coordinator can become a PROJECT MANAGER.

               

                (As a Project manager –an incentive of 15,000 monthly and a bonus and/ or 60,000 if completed in 4 months)

 

Note:

*              A Project must be complete within 3 to 4 months only for the Coordinator and Manager.

 

COMMISSIONS (CEO)

 

1. Commissions will be released every 15th and 30th of the month,

2. Only Approved referrals within the period of 26-10 will be release on the 15th of the month and 11-25 on the 30 th of the month.

3. Commission will not be used to settle monthly amortization.

 

OBLIGATIONS (follow the conditions in the memo of agreement)

 

SUSPENSION/TERMINATION OF CEO (follow the conditions in the memorandum of agreement)

 

GRANSTAR MOTORS reserves the right to deny, refuse or terminate the entrepreneur, promoter, coordinator, project manager anytime, forfeit the benefits and bonuses offered by the company should he/she fail to comply with all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

 

QUESTIONS:

In the old program, the entrepreneur or the 1st level is entitled of P1,000 commission for every successful applicant referred by him/her. In this new program, the promoter will be the one given P 1,000 commission per approved applicant.

 

Is the number of entrepreneur under this promoter limitless? Or is it limited to 20 entrepreneurs only?

 

Old program requires customer to buy CGLI for the duration of the lease term and an Extended Warranty of up to 18 months. Additionally, the entrepreneur can earn discounts on parts and priority in service through Galaxy Card. Are these still applicable?

 

The project is now limited for 3 to 4 months. In the MOA, all points are valid even up to succeeding years, with no expiration. We’ll revise the MOA if this term is approved.

 

It was stated in the contract that, in case of default of payment of the ENTREPRENEUR, he/she is given two (2) months to update the account.  The membership and its corresponding points of the Entrepreneur, Promoter, Coordinator, and Project Manager are suspended until such time the obligations and its penalties (as stated in the contract of lease) are paid. Sir Dexter commented last time that this might be an impossible condition. What can we do about this po?

IT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE 20 ENTERPRENEURS (1 SET)  TO BECOME A PROMOTER, HOWEVER, A PROMOTER COULD STILL RECRUIT ANOTHER SETS IF HE WANTS TO BECOME A PROJECT COORDINATOR.

 

IF A PROMOTER WILL BE ABLE TO RECRUIT A TOTAL OF 200 ENTERPRENEURS (10 SETS), HE/SHE SHALL BE PROMOTED AS A PROJECT COORDINATOR.

Yes.  The project is now limited to 3 to 4 months only.  However, this is only applicable to the Project Coordinator and Project Manager due to said positions are on a monthly incentive based.   Consequently, the MOA should be revised if this term is approved. 

 

Please note that in my proposal, I have not included nor stated any point system.  All were incentive based.

If this proposed program (terms/leveling) is approved, a revised MOA and CL

shall be suggested/adapted. Please note that there is  no point system in this

Proposed program and all privileges are given on incentive and bonuses form.

In view of this, I would suggest a sit down meeting with other concerned

Departments(Admin, Legal, Leasing, Marketing) to discuss details and legal         implications of this proposed program.
