I used to be a big Clinton supporter. I voted for Bill Clinton twice, and he had eight years to keep the promises that he and his wife Hillary made to the American people.

Eight years later they had broken every promise they made to the American people to provide universal health care, to end poverty, to end discrimination, to bring equal rights for homosexuals under federal law, to fix social security, to give people on welfare and disability job training and jobs, to end the homeless problem, and many other broken promises.

Now in 2007, Hillary is making the same promises she and her husband made over 16 years ago. Does the American public have that short an attention span that they forgot she broke every one of those promises with her husband in office that she is making today?

It makes me want to puke that I am a fellow Liberal Democrat. I would rather support Barack Obama than Hillary Clinton. At least Obama doesn't have a long history of lying and breaking promises as the Clintons have.
