The K3 Marriage Visa Package has been submitted to the USCIS. Now we wait! Please keep Nila and me in your prayers. We are going for dual citizenship because my sweetheart has acquired, for us, a small tract of land that is agriculturally sound and productive, with the possibility of acquiring additional lands adjacent to what we now have. The land we now have can't be taken from us and it is for US and our babies. The land is in my wife's mother's family holdings and has coconut and mahogany trees, and an area to grow rice.

We are getting ready to do it! I am waiting to do my Louisiana State Income Tax Return, have completed my Federal Return and we are good to go. After I have completed my state return, I make Xerox copes of all the documents, get what needs signing and notarizing done, and send it all in. We are ready for the next chapter to happen.

As of September 2007, I am an 'official' Magic Kids USA, Inc., Flyer Distributor. Magic Kids USA sells name brand clothing for kids. Please take a look at our website:

Please keep Nila and me in your prayers. As soon as I know when Nila's medical exam and interview takes place, I am flying to the Philippines. I will wait there, with her, finish the process, and bring her back to the USA. She and her family await my return and they are planning a huge reunion. Nila told me there are about 200 of her family members awaiting my return. I can't wait to return to Nila's side. Nila is running our small store in Balubohan where she sells fresh and dried fish, fruits and fresh vegetables, and cooking oil. This is just a temporary store which is an extension of her cousin's store which is located in the middle of Balubohan. Nila is very close to her parents and can easily check on them. She travels a lot, goes to the fresh fish market where she buys the fish, very early in the morning. Will tell more as time passes.

Here is wishing ALL of our friends a Happy and Prosperous New Year and a Wonderful Year 2008. From Nila and me, we appreciate the support and encouragement that you all have extended to us. Nila wants to meet everyone in person and face to face, and God willing, it will happen.

Nila is doing well, and she will heal, her face was not cut, just bruised.

Hi All!

This is Nila and Jim from Cavite, 35 KM SSW of Manila. We are at a net cafe very close to Nila's cousin's house. We have GREAT NEWS!

Nila and I are going to get MARRIED! We are planning to we on July 3, 2007 in Manila. Our friend, Malou, is helping us and she has a friend who is a judge and he will perform the ceremony. Nila has purchased her wedding dress and I have my outfit. Nila has also purchased our wedding bands, they are very pretty. I will make close up photos of them so all can see them.

We are in the process of getting our marriage license. Once we have this and have finished the 10 day waiting period, we will then be free to wed.

Please keep us in your prayers. I am looking at the possibility of living in the Philippines but we have not made any decisions as of yet.

Remember us, Nila and I thank all of our friends and family for their support and encouragement.

God Bless,

Jim n Nila
