So I haven't blogged in a bit, but here's a lil something to tie me over til next time.. I've actually been living... *gasp* I have a MAD addiction to local bands like Prognosis - http://www.myspace.com/prognosis who I've only seen once but intend to see a lot more & Chrome 44 - http://www.myspace.com/chrome44 or http://www.chrome44.com who I've seen a few times.These guys play their hearts out at EVERY show. I intend to be at every show possible, as none are the same. I have super respect for them. They are regular Joe's with AWESOME talent and if they have egos (which they should) you don't see it. All too many bands, local n otherwise, are headstrong and cocky.  Don't get me wrong, as its rightful for some, but to make it you gotta be human first.
On a more personal note, Raegan turned 4 on Wednesday!! Yes, that means I am getting older as well. It does not seem like 4 yrs ago. Seems like just a year ago, I had Payton (minus her nonstop talkin and her HUGE diva attitude). I could not have asked for better kids. They are each other's best friend and they are my life. Come what may they are two of the most beautiful and smartest kids I know. They teach me something new about myself and about them everyday that I didn't know the day before. I am one lucky mother. 
I got my tongue pierced a lil over a week ago. I have successfully done EVERYTHING I said as a teen that I'd never do, i.e. NEVER have kids, NEVER pierce anything but ears, AND NEVER get a tattoo.. haha all is well that ends well eh! So that's about all for now. Until next time.....

OK SO SATURDAY, JUNE 17, WAS BUZZFEST! WHAT A SHOW!! A BLAST WAS HAD BY ALL NO DOUBT.  THE LINE UP INCLUDED... STAIND, HOOBASTANK, 3 DAYS GRACE, CANDLEBOX, BLUE OCTOBER, BUCK CHERRY, TRAPT, AND LAST BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST SHINEDOWN(ALL PREVIOUSLY STATED WERE ON THA MAIN STAGE.). THAT LEADSINGER OF SHINEDOWN HAS AN AURA ABOUT HIM THAT I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE. SO POSITIVE IN WORDS AND HIS ACTIONS. VERY NICE TO SEE. ENOUGH FOR NOW... MY BODY HURTS STILL HAHA

SUV Black Box Statistics:
The US government covertly funded a project with the U.S. auto  makers for the past five years, whereby the auto makers were installing  black box voice recorders in four-wheel drive pickup trucks and SUV's  in an effort to determine, in fatal accidents, the circumstances in the  last 15 seconds before the crash.

They were surprised to find in 43 of the 50 states the recorded  last words of drivers in 61.2 percent of fatal crashes were, "Oh,Shit!" 

Only the states of Georgia, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana,  Arkansas, Alabama and Texas were different, where 89.3 percent of the  final words were: "Hold my beer, I'm gonna try somethin."
