Please send me some good luck today in a thought. I need it real bad. The mental strain of all the bad things happening to me are taking a big toll on me and I don't know how long I will be able to maintain sanity. I need help with some good luck. I need the bad to go away. I want to be happy more than angry or disappointed. I am flumoxed beyond the beyond. Send some good luck my way today. Please I need some good luck that will last.

If you can then I thank you. If you can't, then maybe you'll find some for yourself soon. But don't try taking the good luck people may send to me. This would only turn to bad for you. You must ask for your own.

Well I must say that after using this 360 stuff, I am thinking the most subscribers to it are in France with Australia close behind. Sorry I don't speak or read french very well, even though I completed two years of it in high school. Q'uest ca c'est?

I think that means "How is it going" or" how are things going." As if it matters, I doubt any body is stopping in to see this post. ( I have all of 18 page views since starting this and most of them are from my navigations to here when I first started it. So out of the 18, there might be 10 legit other persons viewing.

Another scam of your money. This one is a local govt. scam. Happening right here in my back yard so I' will probably be faced with this incontestable BS. " Incontestable," you ask? "Any one can voice their opposition to any legislation or directives, acts, etc." I agree that you can do that. Now tell me how many times those voices are listened to and then followed? Hardly ever. At least my experience with local govt. officials shows that they listen, but they just do so in order to show on the record that they did. Most often when watching these forums, I perceive they are just a formality in order to appease public record and the courts or regulatory agencies. So many times I see it happen it gets to be the norm. People, tax payers, you and I, go and voice our concerns and opinions at these open forums at city hall only to be methodically dismissed without much more than a general thank you for coming down and sharing your concerns. Then of course the vote goes the way the city wants to go and not the way the tax payers who elected them want them to go.

OK- on to the aforementioned local scam. Seems that my neighboring city of Ft. Worth,TX has continued on with their trash collection scam. The way it used to be was this: Trash pick-up in all neighborhoods twice a week. And that worked great and the people were happy with it. Now they have made some changes that have had numerous voiced opinions against the changes made. And the only ones voicing the opinion that the changes are good are the city officials. Imagine that! Wow!

Here's how the scam works. They have removed a collection day from all the neighborhoods so trash now is only picked up once a week. Rates are either the same or have gone up. But here's the kicker, now you are forced to rent a huge monstrous garbage wagon. RENT. This right there should be unconstitutional. Nobody wanted to start renting a garbage wagon, but those in Ft. Worth,TX are now putting that much more money into the city's pockets every month. But there's more...now that they have these huge garbage wagons, no one has any where to keep them. They have to make room for something they did not want or need inside their home. Yes inside their home. And yes the garage is part of your home. But think of all those people who have no garage because they either never had one or they converted it. So the thing is, these folks, and I'm sure many who have a garage, put these monster size garbage wagons on the side of their homes because they don't want these things in their homes. I don't blame them, I wouldn't want one either. But if you try to keep it on the side of your house the garbage police (yes that's right), some of those extra funds collected have been used to send the garbage police out in force to write up fines that are very excessive to say the least. The fine for not keeping your garbage wagon inside your home is over $100 per offense. Someone told me but I can't remember for how much exactly. I want to say $170 but am not at all sure so I will just say it is over $100. So now you get less pick-ups, a higher rate and an extra charge to RENT a monstrosity every month that will get you fines if you don't keep it hidden from view. And get this, with the new wagon of trash comes the new truck that picks up the trash. Yep it 's one of those that only require a driver to pull up next to your wagon and from inside the cab deploy the garbage trucks tongs and lifters. These pick up and dump the contents of the wagon. So now each truck which probably is a whopping expense in initial buying costs, but also in maintenance, has only one operator instead of three. More savings for the city but none to be seen on a trash collection bill. Only rising rates and less to show for it. So watch out, it is coming to your city next. Who makes the money off these deals? The city officials of course but also the companies supplying the service and vehicles. One day of trash collection is not sanitary and is not enough. But these and other well presented arguments against this garbage plan were all brushed aside and not given another moment of thought. " There's money in them thair wagons!"

O h yeah- do you think the city is renting those wagons or did they get to just purchase it outright? If this wagon is going to be forced upon the citizens, they should at least have the choice to make a one time rental fee or purchase fee of said wagon. To be forcibly charged for something you don't want and did not need is against the law, if you ask me it is unconstitutional. One of these days the people are just going to riot in the streets and topple these govt. making these unfair policy changes.
