The greatest restaurant on the planet has finally opened in los angeles: Fogo de Chao.
If you've ever, ever wondered what Bill Heaven looked like, this, my friends, is it.
Men walking around with endless waves of meat on skewers. Mmmm..... beeeffffff.
Some tips to the uninitiated:
- Some will tell you about the "great salad bar." Fools.
- Don't bother with the chicken.
- Just because they only give you only one slice by default, doesn't mean you can't ask for a second.
- Not that I'm not to diss the pig, but don't bother with the pork either.
- Watch the bar tab. Things can add up.
- Lastly, remember, it's not a sprint -- it's a marathon.
