When I felt down, I used 2 cry and I would act hatefully 2 myself when I was crying. I would be telling myself that I was stupid+ ridiculous 4 feeling like this(feeling that makes me cry) and being in this situation. I'd be very angry at myself+asked myself why should I waste these tears?!But I turned this around and so when I was crying I'd try console myself!So in some way, talk 2 the inner child( if u like) and acknowledge any tears and be nice 2 myself and tell myself everything’s gonna be alright . crying is a bless 2 me! im happy that i can cry whenever i want 2, i feel like washing away all my sadness and i feel much better after crying, if i dont cry i feel more terrible and may be depressed!...i dont NORMALLY cry infront of strangers but i can cry infront of people that i love, im not weak coz i cry when im sad no!!!....that helps me 2 calm down and get into better mood after crying coz i just let all those feelings out of me instead of pushing myself hard NOT 2 cry and keep it inside of me i beleive tears sometimes are ‘therapeutic’. Failure 2 cry is a danger 2 our health.crying is considered an imp. Means of releaving physiological tension.if it wasn’t released,it would find an outlet in some OTHER WAY.94% situations recommended letting tears FLOW!
