Future comic creator shares her path from point A (no name wannabe) to point B (MEGA ART GODDESS)
Firstly, I want to apologize for all the typos last time I updated. Secondly, I wanna apologizing for lying about "drawing all the panels on one page". I think I got perhaps one tiny panel drawn and then decided it was effing crud and went back to the old one panel per page way. Makes me much happier!
Also, I gotts meself a tablet, which is uber sweet, if for no other reason then it eliminates 2 steps in my drawing process. And time saved is WONDERFULL!!!
Well, unfortuantly I don't have the time to draw each panel on a different page like I was. I'll try it the old fashioned way and see if it turns out better. I'm working on putting togeter a website with a friend and we will be dispensing commition artwork, so when we get that put up I'll show you the site. Well, wish me luck with finishig the comic faster!
So, now that I'm all donw with the storyboards I'm working on the panels. I draw each panel on a seperate page. Then I'll scan them in and color them up. It's a lot longer process, but I can get more detail in the picture. And if I make a horrid mess of things I don't have to toss some panels that might have good pics on em. That would make me cry. A lot....
