Good news today -

I lost another 47 lbs between my last doctor vist back in the 3rd week in Nov. and now Jan.9th

Before that I lost 26lbs - total of 73 lbs in less than 5 months - I started swimming back in Nov. and started taking super B- complex pills

And my Doctor put me back on HOREMONES

As he was reading off my blood test result he said my naturel female ( Estradiol I think )horemone were very high for a male but my testostrone was extremly high for a male - so I said you got to get that number down you have got to give me horemones agains

He laugh then he told that my good colesterold was very low and my bad colesterold was extremly low

My blood pressure came down from 180 to 140 - still high but better

He was over all very please with the result

This swimming is something I can keep up because there no pain on my joints when I am working out in the water and only the good pain later from a good workout and the weight loss is helping handel my arthriges a lot more

I do belive that I am back on the road to recovery - it may take 2 years to get back to a size 18 dress again but I will

I do get some funny looks in the mens locker room with my D-cup size breast - just this past Wd. I got to the gym later than I normally do and there were about 25 guys in the locker room - boy were the fantasy developing in my head - I come out of the shower and the room was full of people talking - I guess they think my breast are just part of my fat at this point - there was this one guy who was talking constantly - well I put on my pantys and my pantyhose and the talking continue but when I pull out my bra it was like someone flick a switch and the room was dead slient - you could hear a pin drop and nothing and the room started clearing out and no one said a word to me

It is now Jan. 10th and I went to pick up my perscription my Spironolactone, Estradiol and my colestrarol medican Tricor - I expect to pay $31.50 for my three month supplies for all three of them - $3.50 is my maxium copay per month - when I ask how much my total cost for all three perscription for 90 days each was $5.40 that blew my mind - I made him check to make sure there was no mistake
