It has been a while since I have blogged on this page. I feel like I have to sorat catch up with you fellow readers and bloggers.*grins* So , I ask you ..what has the new your brought you so far? New children, new jobs, weight loss? new house, what? tell me For me, or if you are like me has the recession, caused you to lose faith in the ability for you to bounce your life back. How are you holding up?

For me, I havent done the weight thing yet, although it is a constant battle with me. Eating healthy is a commited lifestyle change.. One step at at ime. Not to say that Im at a wendy's or a Mcdonalds everyday.. Love the fries.. but the it doesnt love my thighs..*grins* Aaany way.. my current state of affairs. I have reenrolled myself in college again to take up a second trade. It would seem that in t his economy to survive you have to pick a field that will not fail to much. Healthcare. I was in it for a number of years, although i did take a break from it the last five. I realize that i love going to school, it it is a challenge for me at my age.. but i love to learn new things. and so far, based on my grades and hard work.. *i passed my two quizzes with and *A and *B* and passed my paper with an *A* Im proud of myself. My goal is to graduate with each section with high grades.. so that i will have a good grade point average when I leave. It may have taken me af ew years, but I realize that I am /have taken a differnt path to becoming a nurse. I have always catered to the needs of others. It may take me a few years to get there, but I am going to do it. I just have to figure out what Img going to speacalize in, and perhaps alogn the way I can FINALLY maintain a CAREER instead of just a job. Do many of you feel like that out there.. that it is jsut a*job* and not al ove of what you do? shoot at this time.. for those who have those*jobs*.. count your blessing... do you continue to hold on that grain of faith to help you move those mountains that some of us are currently dealing with?..I have also took on another level of expanding deeper into my pandor'as box.. but I will tell you about that another time.

i was in my group today reading one of the questions that was proposed and i thought it was really good.. this is a bit of a versatile question for both men and women:

If you were out on a date with the opposite sex, and it was going good, and you knew that more than likely it was going to go to the point where u wanted to get some from that person, what would that person say, or do to make u not want to have sex? what would be your "turn off" point? i would love to hear the responses from both men and women.
