Most people dread the New Year because things from the previous year don't change or get worse.

I vowed that in the New Year all the bad luck and depressions I had in 2008 WILL change for the better. I never thought I would make it through this year at all. I was truly struggling and dealing with more shit than one person needed to deal with. If it wasn't for my mother and 2 of my greatest friends Tee and De Anna...I can honestly say I would have been committed because I was at an all time low. Praying and faith got me to bounce back. So I'm having NOTHING but positives in 2009.

I start a new job Jan 5th. Child support looks like a go (so far). I WILL be losing 40 pounds by my 40th bday in Nov. If I have 2 STOP eating altogether I'm losing this damn weight. Imma start doing for ME more instead of putting my life on the back burner for everybody else like I have always done. Hopefully I will be in a house come this time next year. (Work in progress). Hmm!! Maybe I will put on that search right for a NEW man....a 2009 model instead of a used model. Just like a used car men tend to break down and give you problems after a while and you have 2 trade they ass in. I'm no longer settling for raggedy only top of the line. If they don't come correct they will get the AX.
I might be talking a lot of shit right now but I'm not predicting what I want...I'm predicting what I WILL HAVE.

Time for Ms. Marci to shine in 2009.

I went to court on Monday for my child support for Ms. Amaya...The judge was NOT happy with her sperm donor for NOT showing up. She basically said because he is NOT here he can not plead his case and she will set child support.

This man is owes me 7k in back child support which will start in Jan 2nd and be paid WEEKLY(Rather not say how much). Thats great but I highly doubt he will give up a cent...which is fine because either way...he will be going to jail or have it garnished. Big Bubba poppin him in the ass or quit his job??? Either way...Big Bubba will be thrown in the mix somehow.

He has seen "MY" baby since she was 6 days old...which is fine...I could careless. I dont want his sorry internet porno perverted, lying ass around her to taint her happiness and purity. She is happy, content and doesnt know he even exists. Life is grand.
